Excellent working environment and duties
My co-workers are great people to work with. They are friendly and helpful. I enjoy doing my duties because I know my work change lives as I am paying people their salaries. I have learned a lot from my co-workers and the training we get.

High Perfomamnce and target driven
I am currently a Business Hub Manager. The role entails enterprise development centre of excellence managed and funded by Zimele that provides advice, support, facilities and funding to entrepreneurs in the surrounding area. Fast leaner. willing to relocate
in my current company i look at the safety of the people by recommending the kind of support that should be used to make mining environment safe. have to conduct PTOs and stop unsafe working places.

I am an innovative, self-motivated & results-oriented professional with 12 years of work experience in the financial sector and mining. My career started through the Bank SETA learnership programme at ABSA where I was employed as an Assistant Private Banker. After completing the programme I secured a permanent position within the bank and later joined the Absa Business Bank MIS and Business Intelligence team. I am currently contracting as a Project Manager in Anglo American Global IM. In this role, I manage the project scope, contract qualified resources to deliver projects’ mandate at different mining operations, manage projects’ CAPEX budget, cash flow forecasting and measurements.

Great experience
Every day at work is new... A new experience everyday.. I love it. I meet n new person everyday.. I've learnt how to solve problems on my own. Every challenge I face is an opportunity to learn. That's what I love most. The best part is that I get to overcome all these challenges everyday..

Excellent working enviroment and training they provide
A typical word day at my current work place is fine although there are days where you feel like you are being treated unfairly but with me being here I have learnt a lot about finance and that working as a team is very important in cooperate industry .I have a good relationship with my co workers and my boss , I enjoy working with my team because they very supportive , challenges I have faced in the work place was inequality and criticism.

Relent planning skills
Worked at New Denmark Colliery for 19 years in the position of engineering foreman electrical. My duties include but not limited to safety and standards in the section. Maintenance planning and overseeing that maintenance are done in a timely and correct manner, booking and issuing of works orders. Ordering spares for routine and non routine tasks. Good housekeeping and tool inspections were held on regular basis. Good timekeeping of artisans and sorting out issues with the time office for artisans. Working on plc's and network cables and programming of network switches. Working in conjunction with H.T. department to send section transformers away for repairs and core maintenance. Moved to Sea park in January 2017 and still seeking work.
