I am a young enthusiast seeking new challenges.I am target orientated and always seek a new challenges. I have been working in the financial industry for two years and also have retail experience. I get along very easy with people and find it at ease to work in a team or by myself .

Pros: Never got full promotion

Very good

Working in a daily basis it's very nice and encouraging because it gives you a good opportunity of growing in sales and self experience and it also help to grow the business... my relationship with my colleagues is very good as i love working with people, they help me strive towards my targeted set up targets.. I have learnt a lot, working with people, tolerate them, love them and treating everyone happy and fair. Helping people by giving them what they need. My challenge was to multitask work as i enjoy working or focusing on one thing until I finish with it.

Pros: Be the best sales consultant
Cons: Yes I love working more hours as long I 'll be keeping the company going.

Excellent learning curve

It is good company thought it has lot of challenges in terms of target requirement due to economy. I have learned alot in working with different individual with different goal and aspect, what i enjoy the most is team work and team play

Excellent experience

My work experience I would not trade it for anything. Holding it together when goings are tough. Working under pressure. Dealing with different people in all works of life.

Pros: I'm eager to learn and grow.
Cons: Normal woking hours but I do go an extra mile.

Currently studying finance higher certificate

Please refer to my curriculum vitae for more information ,companies I've worked For and experiences.Currently working for African Bank Limited(Head Office) as a finance consultant from last year September and before I was working in back office consultant for 3 years for some company. Before that promotion I was an agent in call centre collections department from 2010-2013.

Very passionate and enjoys working with team has leadership skills. Experience in the retail.

Very eager to learn highly motivated works well with the team. Has interpersonal skills together with communication skills. Has a lot of experience in the retail industry. Great customer service able to focus on people development.

Excellent learning curve

I worked for less hours but after every call I learned alot about people. I know not everyone has a easy way in life.I often choose to work alone but I'm welling to work with other employees and learn from each other.I truly enjoy communicating with people. I learned alot at this company and I believe I can share my skills.

Cons: eg working short hours for very little pay

I gained plentifull experiance.

I am a result driven self motivated individual whom strives for top results at all times. I believe that a passion for people and a great succession plan resulted in my successes in my career. I am a dedicated punctual team player and I never settle for second best. I believe that building a good and sound work relation with my superiors, colleagues and subordinates are of upmost importance.

Pros: The compony truly was people focused.
Cons: None that I can think of. It was truly sad to leave.
