I gained plentifull experiance.
I am a result driven self motivated individual whom strives for top results at all times. I believe that a passion for people and a great succession plan resulted in my successes in my career. I am a dedicated punctual team player and I never settle for second best. I believe that building a good and sound work relation with my superiors, colleagues and subordinates are of upmost importance.
Pros: The compony truly was people focused.
Cons: None that I can think of. It was truly sad to leave.

Taking inbound calls.
* I take about 25 inbound calls a day. I also perform daily task like closing change orders, request and making follow ups and closing calls. * I have a good relationship with my co workers. * I have learnt to be patient with people, being a good listener and ready to learn. * Talking and assisting to different people everyday and making sure that by the end of our call their issues are resolved. * Having systems are that not working because it frustrate the users, having to deal global calls.
Pros: I have mot receiveive it as yet.
Cons: I work 8hours unless we have issues or updrade to attend to.

My days are always busy. Fastpaced environment. Wonderful working colleagues, team players. In this short period I have worked in this company I have learnt good time management, Prioritising and working well with diverse people.

Excellent learning curve
The company is to work for especially on a entry level basis. They provide vast opportunities for growth as they do provide many training facilities which one has the privilege to participate in even as a temp. Everything is hands on so you don't only learn from the Induction training process but on the floor as well.

My daily working situation
My typical day, is to manage sales, provide training needs wherever needed. Motivate all staff members reporting to me on a daily basis. I have a good working relationship with people I work with, and on a daily basis there is a lot I get to learn from all of them. I have also learned to be very focused on what the job entails and to work towards the success of the business. What I enjoy most about my job is that I get to meet and interact with a lot of people.

I try to learn new things and empower myself
Been working at african bank for 2 years as a sales consultant.before then i was working at fnb for seven years as a teller then worked as a multi skilled consultant for one year.then worked as a admin assistant for one year.im hard working person,fast learner and can work independently and under pressure.be it team player or team leader.im passionate about my career and focused.Working at bank a has taught me patience and emphathy.because as i meet different people in my daily life i have to adjust and learn a mutual way of dealing with each and every client.and respect them in accordance.
