Was given time to learn and grow my experience from a sales consultant, admin and acting branch manager then given a chance to go work at the head office as a senior admin then the company took me to school to get my NQF Level 5 certificate and an experience of 9years

Excellent learning curve
Im a hard working lady and like challenges. Bing at work is fun for me interacting with clients and my team . Im a team player and likes assisting in a team whenever my help is needed we got along fine with my co workers. Working in a call centre environment has taught me how to be patient and be able to work in a chaotic environment. Im goal driven and always up for learning.Being at work generally was enjoyable I love the fact that i can handle stress and every call that i made i would make sure i give the clients 100 percent assistant as long as the clients were happy i was happy it also goes to my co workers. The most challenging thing about the job was that you get to speak to different people eith different situations others angry and others happy thats what drove me as well to do great in my job.

I also do outbound calls to Insurance customers who have not paid their premiums/policy about to lapse and negotiate and secure future payment by retaining them. I have acquired knowledge of the Acts – National Credit Act (NCA), Financial Intelligent Centre Act (FICA), Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS) Act, Protection of Personal Information (POPI) Act and the TCF fairness outcomes.

Well experienced in the operations
The culture is nice and relaxed and the executive do not promote corporate governance. I have learnet how to perform under pressure and deliver. I also learned how to deal with differenet people. The challenging part is to instill a compliance culture in the business.

An eye opener and excellent learning curve.
I come from the saps background, and joining the private sector was exciting and has challenges but on the positive side there are always new things to learn and one is always kept on his toes in terms of learning new technologies and improving one always, because i find competition to be stiff, but at end of the day the rewards are good if you put more effort in your work and to a certain extend you feel appreciated and in turn that brings the best out of you. There will always be challenges but it depend on how you deal with the situation thown at you, There is something to be learned.
