I have learn a lot about call center how to handle costumes service and how to solve queries .I'm fast learner I'm also team player cause I always take part or participate in what my team it is doing.my most challenge is people who don't want to help other people it makes me to be unproductive.the people at my company are friendly that's what I enjoyed most willing to help another

it is very easy to wake up in the morning because thats where happiness is team work is very important there are activities that are perfomed in order to make workers feel great about their there is team building and i have learned that working as a team does make things easier

We can negotiate

I am doing client services, and selling banks products to all customers, I deal and resolve queries on daily basis. Conduct sales and marketing events. I also do training for the branch on newly appointed employees. Also assist as 2ic in the branch if the manager is not in.

Pros: I also work as assistant manager or 2ic
Cons: I am willing to work extra working hours.

Excellent learning curve

I have grown so much as a individual with the experience and knowledge that I have received by working at the bank I am honoured to have had such great mentors within the company and whom has seen my potential , I am also greatfull to be apart of a awesome team that even though I am younger than them they acknowledge me and respect me as their leader I am also learning from them. The bank has thought me that I should always strive for the best and to never doubt that I can make it as I dealt with targets that was my motivation that I can do anything if I set my mind to it. Every job has challenges and it is what we make out of it and the challenge I had to face every month was making target and excel in it and it is a challenge that I had to face and with dedication and commitment Ill make it.

Organised, reliable and good verbal skills

telephonic debt collection, data capturing and team leader assistant , work starts at 8 to 4h30 mon to fri, I had a good relations with my colleagues, I've learned to be independent and focused, we had a great team spirit , and challenge was the pressure that comes with the job but it was a lesson.

Is been a good 8 years experience in Retail , African Bank is a production bank Sales are key to the successvof this institution. STAFF is well looked after marketing.
