Great personal development attained during my years of employment
I like working with people my subordinate and my customers. It is so much fulfilling to be able to interact and collaborate with my team everyday with one goal in mind to provide excellent customer service while living and upholding our company values. Performing our daily duties with integrity remind us all the time of how important it is to be Ethical in our our dealing with each other as well as with our customers. We therefore now and then celebrate our achievement from the customer satisfaction survey results. We proud ourselves with our culture of honesty and fairness that we demonstrate at all times.

I also do outbound calls to Insurance customers who have not paid their premiums/policy about to lapse and negotiate and secure future payment by retaining them. I have acquired knowledge of the Acts – National Credit Act (NCA), Financial Intelligent Centre Act (FICA), Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS) Act, Protection of Personal Information (POPI) Act and the TCF fairness outcomes.

My days are always busy. Fastpaced environment. Wonderful working colleagues, team players. In this short period I have worked in this company I have learnt good time management, Prioritising and working well with diverse people.

Challenging work environment
At a financial work environment you have to pay attention at all times, be attentive and creative. It's a very busy place i basicly control the office. I do loan pay outs,I issue credit cards to client i have to make sure I sent correct documents to our headoffice. I enjoy my work, knowing when u come to work u already planned the day on your way to work keeps you going. I enjoy being busy and coming with new ideas and studying at the same time. I enjoy working in a team, we get to work in the morning and start with meeting so as to make sure everyone is in the same page if not we brake the ice so that we start the day with the same energy and motivated and making sure every employer participates. That helped to build a good unites team. And my coworkers are my other family away from home.
Pros: These so many great opportunities for growth and opportunities and the motivate people to grow. I've moved from sales consultant to being RMR to admin for region

Unsatisfied
The salary I get after deductions it's very little R5900 atleast if I was getting R10000 to R15000 after deductions but we dnt and things are expensive this day like transport i spend R1500 just for transport. and we dnt even get bonus.
