Description: African bank primarily deals with providing credit cards and loans to their clients. Requirements are provided in cycles of 30-day sprints and deployment cycles prolong for that duration. The Gazelle front end application is aimed at providing support to the consultants in processing the loan application routing through various queues until the entire flow is complete. It is developed on the web methods platform. It begins where the loan originates and processes the application through various workflows based on blaze rules until the completion of the process. It is expected to be a replacement of the existing systems providing interactive user interface and more user friendly screens.

it is very easy to wake up in the morning because thats where happiness is team work is very important there are activities that are perfomed in order to make workers feel great about their there is team building and i have learned that working as a team does make things easier

Excellent compny with good perks and a good environment
-A typical work day It starts at 7h00, 7h30, 8h00 am to 15h30, 16h00 and 16h30 pm for day shift and nigh shift from 16h30 to @ 21H00, You arrive switch on the system and start working. -Relationship with co-workers is great, friendly and professional . -I learnt to be independent, decisive , understanding and to take initiative and to listen actively. -What I enjoyed most was making money and making sure that the client is satisfied. -The most challenging aspect of the job was dealing with very difficult clients who are just taking you for a ride and not serious about improving their accounts status, having to make sure that they co-operate and listen and end up understanding their accounts status and making an arrangement to pay.

Before that promotion I was an agent in call centre collections department from 2010-2013.

Excellent learning curve
It is good company thought it has lot of challenges in terms of target requirement due to economy. I have learned alot in working with different individual with different goal and aspect, what i enjoy the most is team work and team play

Relationship with coleagues is good i enjoy working through out the day i have learned a lot of things, i enjoyed working for the company.The challenging aspects of my job is full concentration,because i do lot of reviews so one has to give 100% focus

Good learning experience
Typical work day is unpredictable and hectic. Co workers were very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I learnt to be very pro active. I enjoyed the independence and I didn't like the last minute requests......

Hard worker with drive
I'm a hard worker. Work well with people. And respectful. I'm trustworthy it's not a problem to me to follow instructions as long as it has to do with my job.
