Loving the vide

African bank is a great company to work for as they really do well in developing their staff mambers. There are a number of development opportunities like level NQF4 learnerships, CMD programs where people are stdying for BCom degrees, bursaries and study loans if one is studying what won't necessarily benefit the bank in the long run

I try to learn new things and empower myself

Been working at african bank for 2 years as a sales consultant.before then i was working at fnb for seven years as a teller then worked as a multi skilled consultant for one year.then worked as a admin assistant for one year.im hard working person,fast learner and can work independently and under pressure.be it team player or team leader.im passionate about my career and focused.Working at bank a has taught me patience and emphathy.because as i meet different people in my daily life i have to adjust and learn a mutual way of dealing with each and every client.and respect them in accordance.

More opportunity to grow as the company always sent me to external training or colleges

we work well with my subordinates we work as friends and enjoy what we do together, we always share ideas and help one another where possible, the challenge is the high target that we always get from Head Office

Pros: any one has a chance to grow to higher level because we always get training in difference activities
Cons: we get hard time when we approuch manth-end if we are behind the target we must work extended hours

Excellent and educating

No complains about the enviroment. There is no growth. I have learned to always listen to what customers are and answer according to what they want and saying. Customers are always right. Difficult customers are challenging but I can manage them. How to sell to customers.

Working with different people and helping them reaching their dreams amd helping solving their problems, good custonet service, working with great team like my collegues and support as team work. I have learn working with different people and different background, difficult customer and how to handle them and controling myself in a awkward situation, customer service, meeting target is the most challenging aspect.

Performance

I enjoy working in a team. Personal & team performance my daily focus. Daily work: Deadlines, reports, Team Performances. I enjoy bringing out the best of any team. I managed two branches at the same time for a year and learned so much. I'm a motivational person and a positive attitude is key in any business.

the most challenging aspect is targets reaching and highest output to deliver the best sales for the branch with the highest expectation. working relationship with colleagues is very good and understandable which im able to learn more with their proper guidance and that's what has made me to achieve the best in my financial career within this environment . im willing to uplift and upskill my self from here going forth.
