I learn a lot about costume service how to handle cold calls and how to be friendly on the phone .everyday it was a brand new day caused I was willing to learn more about my company and how I will bring change to it I was always team player helping my team if they need same help or information to negotiate was very challenging to me but I end up getting it how to confines client to pay I enjoyed fun activities that we had every now and then learning more about ourselves and the team members

Hard work doesn't pay
My salary did not meet industry standards. I worked hard all day everyday, but could not secure a promotion despite working there for over 15 years. It can be said that in any dealings African Bank, they were fair towards their employees. I enjoyed working with all the staff within my branch and area of operations, that is one of the things I miss the most.
Pros: Salary.
Cons: No oppurtunities for career advancement.

Resposibility
It was really pleasure working for African bank.it just that at my department there is to much pressure not that i cant work under pressure i can.The problem is you really have to collect wich what i was doing but you get client different client some they are paying some the are not. So we are calling the client to make some arrangements and you have to be assertive sometimes with the client because of the campaign you are working. So the target is needed you must reach the target every month. So i was looking for new challenges. Am tired of working with target because even if my colegue will get a settlement from a client you will always be compared with that person.Maybe other call center will be better not collection.What i enjoy at African Bank was team building. African Bank taught me to be responsible for my debts to pay may debt never skip payment of my creditors wich what am doing will always do am thankful for that.
Pros: team building and incentives
Cons: If one of the colegue pass away and thern they will be memorial for that person but that time will be deducted from time you must cover that time but this person was our colegue wich was not good.

15 years experience, customers service . target driven team work ,big company, lot of growth, skilled management and loving caring colleagues, care ways if facing difficult moments
Pros: internal trainaing , and extectel studies to better the employees with their carries are valibale plus burasried
Cons: it depends with tye work load as per department and long hour hours will recomended and paid for

No learning opportunities
No growing opportunity stagnation no chance of improving as an indvidual. Management does not listen to employee suggestions and basic improvement suggestions

Human resources career
Work day: handles outbound calls ,assist clients with applications ,attend to grievances of clients ,direct clients to relevant department. Relationship: we work as a team share the same goal and assist each other in where work seem challenging we work as family. I have learnt that team work is the way to carry out a task effectively and that communication is the key to everything Mostly I enjoy the interaction between me and my team. The challenging is to reach targets while there's no outgoing calls.

Cons: 8/9 hours depends on the task completion

Excellent company to work for.
Excellent Learning curve. Good starter for new career building in the banking industry. Great corporate culture. Has basic perks like medical aid, provident fund and uif. Career growth is a bit slow, however there's opportunity for employees to study further whilst employed and using company bursaries..

Good connection with employers
The job is good working hours are fine we had a very good connection with the managers, as we had different cultures but we are all the same they don’t make you feel left out, we help each other at all times what iv enjoyed is the event we done like welcoming spring day, games and most challenging I had is to move from one campaign to another, I learn slot from the company mostly to treat the clients as queen and kings.
