Great learning experience
Got to understand a lot about how the financial institutions work and their structures. And now need a new challenge as I want a fresh start as the distance to midrand is time consuming because I do not get enough time to study.

Taking inbound calls.
* I take about 25 inbound calls a day. I also perform daily task like closing change orders, request and making follow ups and closing calls. * I have a good relationship with my co workers. * I have learnt to be patient with people, being a good listener and ready to learn. * Talking and assisting to different people everyday and making sure that by the end of our call their issues are resolved. * Having systems are that not working because it frustrate the users, having to deal global calls.
Pros: I have mot receiveive it as yet.
Cons: I work 8hours unless we have issues or updrade to attend to.

Good
8 hours a day flexible. My relationship with coworkers is excellent. I have learnt lots of things of which are important. I enjoy working with BA and developers.

Im a fast learner, dedicated and ambitious. I work well under pressure. I always have a room for learning, development and growth. I am a team player. I believe in skills sharing and helping out team members as means of working as a team. I have a good sense of communication. I have a good customer service.

I am a hard working being. I'm supportive good listener. I am not afraid of challenges. People feel free to ask for assistance. My colleagues usually say I'm the grounded one of the team.
