Good company remunerations

Edcon has been a good company, with benefits that suited employees. Even though the salary increase was a bit below what was expected. Medical was subsidised, knowing that you covered. Birthday gifts were provided on a yearly basis, which kept the employees happy.

Excellent

Working 8 hours a day we had a healthy relationship,I’ve learned that communication is key to success,I enjoyed assisting customers and solving their problems and one the most challenging aspect was to deal with an angry customer which I always mange to put a smile on their faces

Great learning curve and support

Accenture is a great company. I have received great support when I got here from management and colleagues. It a very busy environment, constantly working under pressure to delivery the best results. I have learnt to work in a team, how to deal with suppliers, clients and my seniors. The most important I have mastered is working well under pressure. Accenture has great people, I have enjoyed working with them.

Self driven

I am very much goal driven and can achieve any task at hand within expected timeline. I have worked on a very high pressure project and handled the pressure with ease. I have both testing and BW experience and currently on a Financial services project

Innovation learning curve

Meeting the company target for a month. communicating and engaging with customers make them feel important . i learn to work as a team and also individual . I dd also got an experience in a high positions.

Good team on your side

I enjoy working in a team and travelling to different regions to enhance my career skills and knowledge based on the given assignments. Interacting with clients daily over the phone to meet my target sometimes become a challenge.
