Very well structured company
A typical day at Accenture, would start by getting ready for the daily stand-up as we use agile development we need to be agile enough to adhere to the clients needs at the drop of a hat, Accenture really does implement the newest technology and techniques now. After the stand up each team members knows exactly, where the project currently is; where we are heading all the risk's and spike that may occur. The self organizing team then goes to work on their task's for the day developing components or generating documentation for the project as per the clients needs, just before we break for lunch we touch base to see where we are and if need be allocate more resource to the resource heavy tasks so that we know we are at maximum velocity. The co-workers help and support each other as we know that our work is dependent on others getting their work done in time we are resource and knowledge as at Accenture we don't keep all our skills to our selves that would be a risk.
Pros: Great opportunity to learn.
Cons: You need to be a highly driven person to fit in a Accenture, self sacrifice and looking after the companies best interest is a must.

Excellent learning curve
Dealing with fraud is challenging yet has made me an assertive desicion maker and be able to think on my feet. Team work is very much essential in this field as it also helps to see other's perspectives and opinions when making a decision. I have learnt a lot during my years of working with customers like how to meet the clients demands and satisfaction, how to deal with difficult clients and how to remain level headed when dealing with clients. As a person that has worked with customers both physically and telephonically, one thing I enjoy the most is seeing a client happy and satisfied with a service rendered.

Excellent learning curve, consistent training relevant to current position.
Accenture is a great place to learn how corporate works as a whole. I appreciated the ongoing training offered by the company as it enhances your skills. The environment is ever-changing and requires you to be very flexible and put in the necessary overtime at times. Great work culture, the salary could be higher. I've learned to multi-task, listen and solve problems quickly and efficiently. The support from management and colleagues is incredible.

Learning and getting experience
Retentions agents ..duties to retained customers who have opted to cancel their account na find solutions thai will not only benefit the business but offer excellent customer experience to a customer.. Team eork with a common goal hof keeping our clients happy.

Ambitious and great work ethic
On a typical day we discuss the strategy for the day with the team to make sure that we are aligned with the project goal. I have a great and honest relationship with my co-workers and the team. I have learnt a lot from my co-workers, especially through our brown bag sessions that we normally have every month to up-skill each other. I enjoy working closely with more experienced colleagues as I have vast interest in growing and learning new technology trends everyday.
Pros: There is high possibility of a promotion.

Excellent learning curve
Good fundamentals. Processes a clearly defined and mapped. Many opportunities to expand ones knowledge. Depending on projects, and staff compliment, can be very eventful.

Good communication skills
I would like to get an exposure in the HR field since i only know the theory side and now would like to practice the practical of Human resources. I'm a very energetic person who loves learning new things everyday and grabs each opportunity as they come. I will ensure that the company stays in good hands by being more productive.

Good working expiriance
I am working in a good environment I was promoted 2 times, and I have been recognised as the best performer for the past 2 years. I have learnt a lot from this company, people skills, team playing and building to name a few.

Technology growth, learning curve, IT trends
There is a lot to learn in terms of production and the service rendering. Opportunity to study and given time to practice with live equipment at work. Open door policy of knowledge sharing with the seniors Room to grow
