Great opportunity to learn

It is great to work for the company that I am working for as you get to interact with a lot of people other from overseas , you get to learn how other countries do things. I work from Monday to Friday, no weekends and no holidays of which I enjoy. Communication is key and one is encouraged to respect other and respect your job. I enjoy interacting with my fellow worker.

Excellent learning curve

Great relationship with my team lead Good knowledge exchange with my team most of the challenges are we the BE team: - Allocate short deadlines for every project - Most of project are not will managed in terms great entitlement studies to hep us understand the project thoroughly. - Most of them are having less knowledge in the process and programming, we always have to try and step in and help.

I am deadline line driven and can multitask

It is very challenging and exciting I have a good relationship with staff , colleagues and superiors Dealing with difficult customers, handling the complains is very challenging I have learn to listen to others before I respond and also to give clear feedback I enjoy meeting deadlines and making targets

Learnt alot

I have learnt that being proffesional is very important in the work place and taking every task and completting in in the allocated time is crucial, the most challenging aspect of the job is that we work with clients from all across africa, language barrier is very complex

JUST OKAY

- MY SHIFTS VARY, FROM 8 AM TO 5 PM, 9 AM TO 6 PM AS WELL AS 12 AM TO 9 PM SHIFT. - MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO-WORKERS IS GOOD, WE TRY BY ALL MEANS TO MAINTAIN A GOOD WORKING RELATIONSHIP. BY MOTIVATING ONE ANOTHER, CELEBRATE BIRTHDAYS AND MILESTONES TOGETHER. - I HAVE LEARNT THAT YOU NEED TO MAINTAIN GOOD RELATIONS WITH YOUR CO-WORKERS BECAUSE YOU MIGHT NEED THEIR HELP IN THE END. - WHEN THE ENTIRE TEAM IS MOTIVATED AND HAPPY. - WHEN CALLS ARE TOO MANY TO HANDLE AND YOU HAVE TO BE QUICK ON A CALL SO THAT YOU MEET SLA.

Pros: NO OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH
Cons: SHIFTS ARE WEIRD AND DAY OFFS ARENT SPREAD OUT CORRECTLY. SPEND ALL MY LIFE AT WOK. YOU GET 1 WEEKEND OF IN A MONTH AND WORK ALL WEEKENDS.

Growth in career

I have been working for 10 years within accenture. I have had many learning and growth opportunities. I have worked in pressurised environments and projects. I have an excellent relationship with my team and co workers. The most challenging part of my job is managing work life balance and my job is quite demanding

Great company to work for

Accenture is a great organisation to work for as it creates many learning opportunities for its employees and allow the employee to be autonomous and creative in their work spaces, but they still create a support structure that allows people to feel that they have support if there are problems. They are supportive of flexible working and allow you to get the job done without needing to be sitting behind a desk from 9 to 5. The remuneration has been a challenge in the past 4 years with low single digit increases but if you get a good ranking the bonus schemes are good. Overall the benefits are great with Medical Aid, a company pension contribution and others as well.

Pros: Great opportunities for promotion. Lots of Autonomy.
Cons: Remuneration growth is low. Demands can be high.

Excellent opportunity for growth.

The company is globally administered and it's diversified well populated. It's a company of choice. There are opportunities for growth both for SMMES and employees. The company takes it's mandate for safety and security very seriously. You see this during labour unrest in South Africa, the safety of all employees is being emphasized and all employees to be accounted for.

Pros: Company of choice, with great growth opportunities
Cons: It's a virtual office, which means you can work from anywhere and anytime. You end up putting more working hours due to your other office different working hours than that of your country.
