Working with Edcon/Accenture has been a pleasure I got the pleasure working with the diverse team of highly motivated people who collaborates and focus on delivering value for our clients. I had the chance to learn from all of them. The managers are supportive, approachable and my colleagues have deep market relevant skills that makes it easier for us to provide customer centricity.

Excellent learning curve

I am always willing to learn new things, open to changes
I like working with people. I like challenges. I can multitask. I have been involved in different projects which inspired me in helping others as well knowing how to communicate with them in a proper manner. I work well with others. some of my strengths are: consistency, discipline, harmony
Pros: Being multitasked to work in 3 different departments and dealing with different kinds of customer queries.
Cons: some days are longer especially when it's not that busy

Excellent working envirnment
in my normal day to day activities this are my responsibilities 1. Security Awareness programme for Accenture's International employees 2. ensuring that our staff members understand that security is a dual measure and if negleted 3. training for Contractors in terms of sect 37 (2) of the OHS Act 4. ensure that environmental friendly system are in place i.e. recycling bins and how to utalize them 5. most of work that i love the most is interaction with clients and teaching or sharing knowldge as oer the Safety and Security procedures
Pros: i'm a go getter, poineered the NOSA complaint two stars grading and ensuring that the contingecy members are trained to the level required by the OHS Act
Cons: Accenture envirnomnt is different from the other environment i have ever been due to the Vitual office part of it. i can be at work and meetings any where and any time. my working time is 24 hours stand by.

Work under pressure, team player,willing to go extra mile, hard worker
Always under pressure because of the bad lock. My team are good people and hard workers, together we make a great team. I have learned different duties in my department, e.g., cob, proposal, court order, etc. I enjoy working with people who are willing to go extra mile and hard workers and able to work under pressure, which is the team am working with. When people are absent and we don't have too much man power.
Pros: With the experience that are gained from the current company i can be a good benefit to the compay that will hire me.

Learning Curve
Work is very hectic and we are being underpaid. Am always going the extra mile but I feel I need to be rewarded accordingly. We need a platform where we can express our concerns about our salaries.

Excellent learning curve
Since I have joined the company back in 2013, I have learned so much, I came from a manufacturing global company to a consulting IT firm, which was a huge adjustment for me, since i love new challenges i fitted right in. My relationship with my colleagues is excellent, and we are required to work as a team, also my superiors have mentioned that I am easy to work with. The most challenging aspect of my job is to keep the client happy at all times and making sure they get the quality of the job they are paying us for at the same time i enjoy helping our clients, a happy client makes the job enjoyable and you also as a person feels good about yourself that you have contributed positively towards the client and the company.

A wonderful life experience
My days consist of planning, executing and forecasting I have excellent relationship with both my subordinates, peers and principals I relate to my colleagues in a complete respectful manner and always maintain professionalism and integrity I have learnt a lot such as promotion of company's values, maintaining and seeking to increase the shareholder value at all times I enjoy facing new complex challenges Travelling, leading, exhibiting stewardship, coaching junior colleagues are some of the key aspects that are challenging and that I enjoy discharging as my responsibilities

Excellent learning curve
Great relationship with my team lead Good knowledge exchange with my team most of the challenges are we the BE team: - Allocate short deadlines for every project - Most of project are not will managed in terms great entitlement studies to hep us understand the project thoroughly. - Most of them are having less knowledge in the process and programming, we always have to try and step in and help.

Vast knowlege of major companies and industries.
Good customer/ client centric environment. Involves alot of technological enhancement and development, to build skills on rotating to the new phase. They are largely known for their outsourcing structure in various industries. However they lack value for staff and core values/principals
