The nature of my IIE (Independent Institute of Education) Diploma in IT Engineering has prepared me for this position. It involved a great deal of independent research, requiring initiative, self-motivation, and a wide range of skills. My experience working at Accenture as a Service Desk Analyst has also prepared me well. I functioned in a team environment, and this allowed me to grow more. I am a fast and accurate worker, with a keen eye for detail, enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I am successful in my tasks at hand.

Great learning curve.
Great company to work for. The most challenging aspect of the job is working long hours and delivering under tight deadlines. I enjoyed learning business processes and devising workable solutions to problems. The most challenging aspect of the job are the long hours and constant travelling to remote areas to service the client.
Pros: Great opportunity to work alongside some of the best minds in the business.

Growth
My normal day at work would be making sure all get done accurately because that affects supplier payments. I work in a team of four and I manage that all queries logged to us gets shared evenly amongst us, and that we reach our daily targets. We work well as a team and meet our SLA. Should one of our team member not be at work, we take calls in their box and slept it amongst our selves and action their queries so that none of us gets left behind, which could lead into backlog and more pressure. I have learned a lot regarding standing up for myself, being brave and mostly taking responsibily and running a team.

Excellent learning environment
Its a great place and environment to work start working at because you are able to learn a lot and be exposed to different business environment in a short period of time. There is a good supporting structure from senior employees as they believe in grooming future leaders. Its an environment that gives you an opportunity to work alone as well as a team. The career development is great as you are able to pace yourself and plan your own training and career development. I have learned that a true leader is able to raise other leaders. The only challenge is that it is difficult to specialise in a specific skill and shape your career in a specific direction.

Quick Learner, keen to learn and improve skills
This position provides complete administrative support to the organization. Works fairly independently, receiving a minimum level of detailed supervision and guidance. Maintains close and highly responsive relationship to day-to-day activities of the Executive. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills as well as an ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced changing environment. Teamwork is imperative as this allows the teamwork to execute tasks and create a fun environment while under pressure. We have over 200 suppliers which we deal with on a daily basis with strong customer service as Edcon is our biggest client.

Amanda has over 14 years testing experience. Her qualifications include a Diploma in Information Technology and BCOM Informatics. Amanda was a Natural 2006 Application Developer She also has the ISTQB Foundation-(CTFL) and ISEB-Business Analysis (Foundation) Certification, CBS Testing certification, Amanda has mainly been involved in Functional, Regression and Integration, End to End and UAT testing. Amanda has experience in using Test Manager to Test project co-ordination and management. Creating Integration, execution test case of s via HPQC Integration defect analysis and management Amanda has gained key expertise in SAP HR and 3RD Party integration System (upstream and downstream modules). Amanda has vast knowledge in Integration Testing using Agile

I am deadline line driven and can multitask
It is very challenging and exciting I have a good relationship with staff , colleagues and superiors Dealing with difficult customers, handling the complains is very challenging I have learn to listen to others before I respond and also to give clear feedback I enjoy meeting deadlines and making targets

Learnt alot
I have learnt that being proffesional is very important in the work place and taking every task and completting in in the allocated time is crucial, the most challenging aspect of the job is that we work with clients from all across africa, language barrier is very complex

Growth is good
A typical work day -mostly its hectic with queries from HR Recruiters dealing with daily admin work to contract management Your relationship with co-workers -I have a good relationship with my colleagues, I try not to step on anyone’s toes, I keep it as professional as possible What you have learnt - I have learned the importance of a stakeholder management, Finance in using systems that help us get invoices paid in time, dealing with people internally or Externally What you enjoy most- working on the system and the joy of meeting new people coming in the organization and essentially helping change lives in recruitment. The most challenging aspects of the job - At times the work load might be insane due to the urgency by the Managers but Eventually I have learned to work under pressure and become dependable within the team, sometimes the hours are also insane but I have managed to find ways to be more effective within the team.
