Experience in new areas of call center
During my time at Accenture I was given a 3 month contract by a certain recruiter in the beginning of 2018, they gave me a 1 month extension but then the contract ended in April 2018. I was then given another opportunity later in 2018 by another recruiter for Accenture, and I've had a wonderful experience doing customer service. I found out I really enjoyed helping people especially in getting customers to have a better understanding of the products and services I had to offer.

Culturally Diverse and Inclusive Work Environment
Flexible work arrangement that is people centric. State of the art tools of trade that help employees to collaborate at an international level. One should be able to work under pressure and to coordinate efforts at various levels of engagement.

Very well structured company
A typical day at Accenture, would start by getting ready for the daily stand-up as we use agile development we need to be agile enough to adhere to the clients needs at the drop of a hat, Accenture really does implement the newest technology and techniques now. After the stand up each team members knows exactly, where the project currently is; where we are heading all the risk's and spike that may occur. The self organizing team then goes to work on their task's for the day developing components or generating documentation for the project as per the clients needs, just before we break for lunch we touch base to see where we are and if need be allocate more resource to the resource heavy tasks so that we know we are at maximum velocity. The co-workers help and support each other as we know that our work is dependent on others getting their work done in time we are resource and knowledge as at Accenture we don't keep all our skills to our selves that would be a risk.
Pros: Great opportunity to learn.
Cons: You need to be a highly driven person to fit in a Accenture, self sacrifice and looking after the companies best interest is a must.

Best Experience to accumulate
Accenture its a great company where you can work flexible hours and deliver best results to clients. Its the greatest company that teaches how clients should be handle and teaches that clients are our first priority. Colleagues are friendly and self driven and has potential clients that understand that we value them.
Pros: I got converted from internship program to permanent employee
Cons: it has not giving me that depth of working experience and not used as i want

Good ideology
it is a training company. Work with technology and improving innovation. I interact with different people and give support to our clients. Open plan office st up not really interaction with co-workers.

Excellent learning curve, consistent training relevant to current position.
Accenture is a great place to learn how corporate works as a whole. I appreciated the ongoing training offered by the company as it enhances your skills. The environment is ever-changing and requires you to be very flexible and put in the necessary overtime at times. Great work culture, the salary could be higher. I've learned to multi-task, listen and solve problems quickly and efficiently. The support from management and colleagues is incredible.

We strive to mantain good relationship with our internal as well as external client. Mantain integrity and making sure that we do our job to the best of our ability by utilising all provides resources. Motivation is driven to ensure that employee work harder Every time.

Ambitious and great work ethic
On a typical day we discuss the strategy for the day with the team to make sure that we are aligned with the project goal. I have a great and honest relationship with my co-workers and the team. I have learnt a lot from my co-workers, especially through our brown bag sessions that we normally have every month to up-skill each other. I enjoy working closely with more experienced colleagues as I have vast interest in growing and learning new technology trends everyday.
Pros: There is high possibility of a promotion.

Excellent learning curve
Good fundamentals. Processes a clearly defined and mapped. Many opportunities to expand ones knowledge. Depending on projects, and staff compliment, can be very eventful.
