I am the person who love to work harder
During pay day the employer was not paid me full amount while i was working full time. I enjoy job that employer care about employees in order to make good work friendships with them this make employees to work very hard to make their business to the best

Exposed to all departments in the procure to pay process
Need to arrive before working time- 7am or 7:30am Need to ensure all system are open Average handling time for each query is 12 minutes Occupancy needs to be on point Target is 40 queries actioned per day Lunch time is strictly 30 minutes and not everyone at once can go on lunch Tea break is 15 minutes Surveys are done weekly Quality assessments are received weekly Stats are sent out every day was we have a system that calculates your average handling time, occupancy, etc

Excellent learning curve
Typical day at work: SAP access, chcheck notifications and load new as per demand. Review equipment online and status, should actions be taken. Information sharing with staff and delegation of day work Budgeting OPEX . Staff overtime.
Pros: Sasol is a great company with great salary and benefits. Opportunity for grow is great

Sasol is a great organisation to work
Great organisation to work for Sasol really knows how to take care of their employees, good working environment and good working hours. They offer good salary perks and you are not just and umber but an individual and we are all treated as equal. we are offered shares purely on being an employee.

Great company to work for
I am currently working as a process artisan at sasol , i have my NQF 4 and a very hard working individual and am always up for a new challenge . i deal with all processes on the plant and take my job very serious .
