My time at Sasol would always be remembered as a wonderful experience. I have learned a great deal of what it meant to support SAP on a daily basis as well as what the A&A team need to stay SOX compliant.
Pros: Flexible working hours

Pros: Enjoying the Learning department as i meet a lot of people from different back grounds.

Experience in Cenical to Steel industry and form artisan to Management level
A typical work day would start by attending morning meetings to give feedback on the last 24 hour work that was performed by my department. I also use this opportunity to find out about production volumes that were attained and production targets for the rest of the week and the month. The rest of the is covered by attending to problems raised in the morning meetings and emergency work that need to be performed by my artisans for that day. This include planning meetings and improvement project meetings. I will also attend monthly safety meetings and budget meetings. In these meetings I would give feedback on the safety performance as well as budget spend for the month as well as forecast for the next period.

The time is now to surge to greather heights.
Sasol is a dynamic company where the only constant is change. Changes happen rapidly at Sasol and employees quickly get on the busy to keep the wheels turning. The company strives continuously for a high performance culture and excellence. Team members at the company have a lot of respect for each other. Everyone is constantly reminded of rules and policies so that these can be followed to achieve high end results. I enjoy optimising systems and processes so that people can achieve maximum productivity with minimum difficulty. I maintain inclusive environment for my team so that we maintain transparent communication thus instilling the value of trust. Challenges involve trying to get results from other internal stakeholders. There is a lot of room for improvement and this must be done by putting SLA's in place between other service departments. I have a very analytical nature and think out of the box for every situation before a decision is made.

Insure that 200 Sasol vehicles are in secured your place vehicles it is critical for business, and each vehicle are fitted with a tracking device.

It has been a great learning curve and lots of experience gained
auditing and dealing with different clients, travelling to different areas of the country. I enjoy travelling and interacting with different people. there are a lot of challenges being a black female in a male dominated industry

Good learning curve
It's good working for my company and I would like to extend my knowledge to other equipments and upgrading myself and people I'm working with are good and love working with me.I also like the challenges at work like solving problems and I do acting foreman most of the time.

Very good experience
I have 11 years electrical experience providing technical support to plant electrical departments; I am a Senior Electrical Technician My responsibilities include Maintenance, Testing, Fault finding on Plant equipment not performing to OEM specification , Investigations, Shutdown planning and coordination, single and multi-disciple project management, and Asset Management to improve plant availability, stability and reliability. I am a disciplined, self-motivated and devoted individual who rejoice in the engineering field and always strive for excellence and positive results in my job. I believe that I have necessary qualifications and experience to successfully fulfill your requirements.
