The environment was very busy and lot of pressure but we always made it with my team. Client service and satisfaction was always number one. I 've enjoyed working with clients and also with my team, we had same goal and each month achieving our targets in fact we were excelling, what ever we touched turned to gold, I 've learnt that working together makes life easy and results are achieved very easy and also respecting each other helps a lot I have enjoyed working with my team and also as a manager with the good team and good relationship I had with them

Skills

I have good communication skills.. I am a team player and like helping colleagues with weaknesses . I'm not afraid to ask for help.. The beat thing about being in the call centre industry is getting to talk to different kinds of people over phone. I have also learned to know the kind person you talk to by the way they sound over the phone...

I am willing to learn new ideas

I good relationship with my co-workers and understand that we don't have the same thinking abilities. I have learned to appreciate each day at my work, I enjoy having new challenges every day

Pros: This job is not only providing me an excellent opportunity but also the possibility to make a difference due to my qualifications. As an credit controller, I visualize that this position is made for me. It has the challenge that will keep me agile. It is the type of job I would like to go to every morning.

Clients and my colleagues

I work with clients everyday, assisting them with their finances and processing their application, eg home loans, personal loans ,credit cards, investments and vehicle finance. My day is always challenging, because sometimes its not easy to satisfy all your clients. My colleagues their are a good team, sometimes you will have days where colleague is negative, but if I have a positive mind set its shouldn't be a problem towards me and making sure my clients are satisfied and my work is done 100%. All clients are different but what I have learned is to treat everyone the same and not to judge the person by how they look. The most challenging part of my job is to deal with complaints, but I always do my best to find the reason of the complaint and resolve it accordingly and also make sure the is satisfied.

Computer skills, problem solving

Hard working person, well motivated and willing to learn new skills. I'm an admin experience gained while working for Nedbank. To work for the financial department you must be honest and keep clients confidential. I am a qualify in program in Office Management with UNISA completed as a passed in 2014. I like to work as a team,and to respect my clients and colleagues in a professional manner.
