I have lean alot and also much wiser now then what i started off
im a hard working person so my day is always busy , yet well planned , im a very happy and energized person get well along with people and im always open to learn from others and share my knowledge .most challenging of my job is sales reaching targets is difficult but I always end up making it ....

Team work
Great place to work Good corporate environment and culture.Great people. Great values. Working day always start with a staff meeting, to review the previous days productivity,and challenges, Management productivity driven, and always looking at process enhancements and improvements. Accomplishing targets and staff being motivated, toughest part of the work is when volumes are hard to contain and process and staff have to put in long hours and cut lunch hours and work weekends. Team building events are always enjoyable to help each other understand one another better.

Young professional, Opportunity for growth
NBPL Value Analytics team which is made up of +-40 Analyst, most of which are in Joburg. Durban Team responsible for Affordability and Business Rules, where I specialise in Business Rules. We report monthly on credit risk , and investigate reasons for levels. We use findings to propose credit policy changes where necessary, with the aim of minimising credit risk. Affordability, Scoring and Pricing teams do the same, but their investigations are limited to specific variables. The Business Rules team must consider any relevant sub population that can be built using available data. Communication of findings and proposed strategies to non-technical audience.SQL and Excel are the main tools used to summarise data, where SAS and AGINITY are slowly being introduced. Affordability and Business Rules team is under a single Senior Risk Manager, with 3 Senior Quants and 4 Quants reporting to them. Good Comradery, no drama.

NEW VENTURE
We finance cars.I capture vehicle and generate contracts for car finance. I also assist with car finances from the banks, the sales people at the dealerships and also clients who need assistance oh how to go about to apply. I have a good relationship with my co workers. This is my first job after varsity that has exposed me to the cooperate world even though it is not my ideal job since I know what I want and what I want to achieve in life. I feel depressed and unhappy but still working and searching for a job that will lead me to my field which is HR. . what I enjoy is that it exposed me to how the cooperate environment is. I learn new things everyday, how I should deal with different characteristics. it is sometimes challenging but I learn to have patience everyday because HR is 100% dealing with people. I believe im doing my practicals

Well motivated
I'm a fast learner, willing to learn new skills in your company. I've got a certificate in program in Office Management with UNISA as passed. I also have experience as an Administrator with Nedbank for about 4 years. I have experience in Computer Literacy.
Pros: I'm a hard working person, achieved a certificate as a best perfomer from Jan - July period.
Cons: working for the bank in the busy mall like Eastgate, the hours are very long cause we start at 8hoo up to 17hoo

Computer skills, problem solving
Hard working person, well motivated and willing to learn new skills. I'm an admin experience gained while working for Nedbank. To work for the financial department you must be honest and keep clients confidential. I am a qualify in program in Office Management with UNISA completed as a passed in 2014. I like to work as a team,and to respect my clients and colleagues in a professional manner.

I learnt a lot about myself and my ability to work well under pressure
Being part of a team with people from many backgrounds allowed me to learn a lot about myself and my strengths and weaknesses. being the lead for our African subsidiaries required me to travel a lot and this also exposed me to different people and cultures in and outside the meeting rooms. I learnt a lot about how much I can be stretched if challenged

Being exposed to a different working environment
Managing people and ensuring that they perform their duties effectively Have a good working relationship with my colleagues and I lean a lot from them I enjoy seeing people succeed i their chosen carrier paths and going on to receive awards for best performance Over population of clients on certain days and ensuring that they all receive the best service
