Some days the challenge is to be the one who tells people that your unable to help them due to their poor financial conduct of their account. But great experience overall

NEW VENTURE
We finance cars.I capture vehicle and generate contracts for car finance. I also assist with car finances from the banks, the sales people at the dealerships and also clients who need assistance oh how to go about to apply. I have a good relationship with my co workers. This is my first job after varsity that has exposed me to the cooperate world even though it is not my ideal job since I know what I want and what I want to achieve in life. I feel depressed and unhappy but still working and searching for a job that will lead me to my field which is HR. . what I enjoy is that it exposed me to how the cooperate environment is. I learn new things everyday, how I should deal with different characteristics. it is sometimes challenging but I learn to have patience everyday because HR is 100% dealing with people. I believe im doing my practicals

Stagnant
There is a lot of division and popularity contests in the company and being in a different department is like being in different company, there isn't any proper communication from management and growth is somewhat curbed. The wrong people are put in positions of responsibility.

Well motivated
I'm a fast learner, willing to learn new skills in your company. I've got a certificate in program in Office Management with UNISA as passed. I also have experience as an Administrator with Nedbank for about 4 years. I have experience in Computer Literacy.
Pros: I'm a hard working person, achieved a certificate as a best perfomer from Jan - July period.
Cons: working for the bank in the busy mall like Eastgate, the hours are very long cause we start at 8hoo up to 17hoo

Very stressful environment.
Exciting but stressful. The job is not for the faint hearted. You always need to be on your toes and continuously reading and updating oneself. If you are someone who is motivated by money, this is the ideal space. You work the hardest and you will see money coming in. Not a lot of things in this environment will push you to do better though, there's null chances of one being promoted as external people are always brought in to take available positions.

Sales drive
Doing observation,monotoring most part i like team work environtment and mortivating people, recognition is the best cause once its done the results inceases.
Pros: i was sales consultant for two years but due to my skills,dedication and hard working skills i was promoted to be a Manager in one of Nedbank's kiosk.
Cons: i am working long ling hours as i eotk on sundays.
