NEW VENTURE
We finance cars.I capture vehicle and generate contracts for car finance. I also assist with car finances from the banks, the sales people at the dealerships and also clients who need assistance oh how to go about to apply. I have a good relationship with my co workers. This is my first job after varsity that has exposed me to the cooperate world even though it is not my ideal job since I know what I want and what I want to achieve in life. I feel depressed and unhappy but still working and searching for a job that will lead me to my field which is HR. . what I enjoy is that it exposed me to how the cooperate environment is. I learn new things everyday, how I should deal with different characteristics. it is sometimes challenging but I learn to have patience everyday because HR is 100% dealing with people. I believe im doing my practicals

Completed my circle of experience in risk
Working at this company helped to have a three dimensional view on risk, at first line as a business support, at second line as oversight as well as auditor looking into the risk function from an effectiveness point of view

Opportunities are very limited for growth
Making a positive impact to the lives of my clients is what makes me tick. I always listen exactly to what the needs of my clients are, as a result, I have been successful in delighting my clients and providing solutions that add value to their businesses. Proper portfolio management has always allowed me to have a competitive edge over my peers and counterparts, I am a huge fan of collaborations as it allows for an opportunity to provide creative and innovative solutions. Excellent learning
Everyday i am typing a lot of work;I am a kind work i am always helping my colleagues;i have gained a lot of experience and stress tolerance.I enjoy to work as i also escalate where ever there is need.The most challenging aspect is when it's busy and I make sure I come early in order to prepare my work on time and finish in time as well.

Learnings
Since I joined the company I have learned about Customers Service, Quality Sales and Professional Behavior. I have also learned on Credit, Assets Financing and Investments. Nedbank is a great company to work for, the reason I want to leave is not because of the Company but I need to upskill myself.

Andazing learning curve
I'd an amazing learning curve in the company. Most of the work was green field weekly. l had a great relationship with my colleagues and the boss there were loving and sociable people. we as a "team" we didn't miss the deadline and the job was perfectly done. I have learned a lot, even went for training for facilitation. engaging stakeholders is much simpler and UI understanding them and what they want.
Pros: I had an amazing learning curve in the company. Most of the work was green field and development was happening from scratch. Management was learning to value employees and benefits were improving. However it was too late for me that they started all the effort and i moved on.
Cons: Management didn't value employees that much. They thought they could hire anyone new to get the same job done with same efficiency which was absurd.

I currently have 10 years of insurance experience within the broker company and Nedbank, 7 of these years have been within the Short Term Insurance Claims Department. I have gained extensive knowledge and experience during my working period and have become an expert. Cons: we work flat normal 8 hours unless there is overtime. I go the extra mile by working after hours without overtime
