Duties Included : Deals with the more strategic and tactical aspects of discovering, validating, documenting, and communicating business-process (ITSM) related knowledge through modeling, simulating and analyzing current and future states. Focus is on business outcomes versus technical "how to." Build consensus among the different stakeholders on the as-is and to-be process models, and to look for opportunities to improve the current business process and automate business processes as far as possible.

I enjoy working for this company because of the friendly people. As we work we still in between chat and and laugh about what life has to offer to us. The relationship that i have amongst my collegues is professional and fun as we are a team, most of the work we do it together and help each other as we go along. I have gained a tremendous experience as far as team building is concerned, sometimes we will sacrifise our lunch hour in order to complete out daily duties. I always look forward to come to work everyday because of them, they always have a smile on their faces and always eager to assist one another. We do have our difficult moments when we rush with cut-off times due to closing of certain currencies. More especially when some work has to be done manually, which it normally takes longer than processing on the system.
Pros: great place to work for, a company that looks well after its employees
Cons: sometimes pressure that we face gets to a person, long hours and peak seasons are difficult to handle

Excellent curve stepping towards something more challenging
A typical day is working with staff and clients telephonically and face to face. Authorising transactions , capturing of entries and information. Having Sales meetings, daily tracking of Sales as well as Operations side of the business. Dealing with client complaints, follow-up on queries. U must be able to multitask and prioritize. I simply love challenges
Pros: Great opportunities arises daily, its what u make of a situation
Cons: Sometimes u have to sacrifice and work through your lunch hour but in the end its all worth it as u experience client satisfaction

Career Growth
I prepare daily reconcilation and monthly reporting. I work well within a team and individual. I believe in continuously learning that we can always do better than our last performance. I am very energetic and very innovative.

Great learning experience
A working day at Nedbank can be really tiring as I give my days my all with a lot of effort.I have many friends that help to motivate me and make work a happy place to be . I have learnt a lot in management and developed my peoples skills as well as management skills. I enjoy working face to face and interacting with people. The most challenging theres non as I love facing challenges on a daily.

NEW VENTURE
We finance cars.I capture vehicle and generate contracts for car finance. I also assist with car finances from the banks, the sales people at the dealerships and also clients who need assistance oh how to go about to apply. I have a good relationship with my co workers. This is my first job after varsity that has exposed me to the cooperate world even though it is not my ideal job since I know what I want and what I want to achieve in life. I feel depressed and unhappy but still working and searching for a job that will lead me to my field which is HR. . what I enjoy is that it exposed me to how the cooperate environment is. I learn new things everyday, how I should deal with different characteristics. it is sometimes challenging but I learn to have patience everyday because HR is 100% dealing with people. I believe im doing my practicals

I have learnt to work in different departments. learnt to work with different ethnicities.
my job is to direct client to the right places or lines they should be in. I answer and transfer calls internal and external. I go on counter and take in deposits and encashment of cheques. I do filling and organise reports. at this time we work together to finish all the work in time . getting to learn something new at work excites me and makes me want to go to work everyday. I have learnt to work with different departments. I have learnt to live with different cultures. the most challenging aspects is when you are given limited authority

The environment was very busy and lot of pressure but we always made it with my team. Client service and satisfaction was always number one. I 've enjoyed working with clients and also with my team, we had same goal and each month achieving our targets in fact we were excelling, what ever we touched turned to gold, I 've learnt that working together makes life easy and results are achieved very easy and also respecting each other helps a lot I have enjoyed working with my team and also as a manager with the good team and good relationship I had with them

I learnt a lot about myself and my ability to work well under pressure
Being part of a team with people from many backgrounds allowed me to learn a lot about myself and my strengths and weaknesses. being the lead for our African subsidiaries required me to travel a lot and this also exposed me to different people and cultures in and outside the meeting rooms. I learnt a lot about how much I can be stretched if challenged
Pros: Traveling to the african subsidaries allowed me the opportunity to get to deal with diffrent legislations and regulatory requirements
