My typical work day would be a busy day. I cannot plan my day ahead I have to manage and reprioritise as my day goes a long. I work with stress everyday. I believe one cannot work without stress. I work in an environment that encourage diversity and where myself and my co-workers have the freedom to speak especially when something is bothering us. I love my co workers to bits and we a happy bunch.The highlight of my day is my interaction with clients, not me providing a service to them but its when they speak to me and they tell me story. Client's always have a story to tell about themselves. What I have learnt is that when I fells things get tough I always remember the client's stories, It makes my issues seems like its only a drop in the ocean compared to what other people are going through. GOD BLESS

Great learning experience
Its a great experience working for Nedbank. One constantly learns new things and we are afforded opportunities to learn. We have strict work policies that protect both us employees and our clients. There's definatley a chance to grow.
Pros: you easily get promotions if you're a hardworker

Performance driven and people centred
Working for a financial institution in a collections environment is always challenging. Managing an Inbound call centre within a collections space is a real treat, you know everything happening within your business and what the customers experience. The job is challenging in the sense that you need to maintain SLA's and Abandon targets while it is not completely within your control. We deal with a lot of complaints and or escalations, we deal with various stake holders and various customers from internal to external. Managing call centre agents and keeping them motivated to collect without monetary incentives can be very challenging but allows you to think out of the box, be more creative and explore peoples thinking and behaviour. I enjoy working with people and servicing as well as being productive and having a challenging job.

I am a team player
my work day start at 08:00 every week day and end at 16:30 I am productive during the working hours and have the support of my co-workers . I have a good relationship with the people I work closely with, employees in other areas as well as my clients I have leant to work with different culture and different personalities to reach a common goal I am a curious person I enjoy to be on top. I do so by reading economic and business news to kick start my work day every morning the most challenging aspect of my job is the lack of data availability when I most need it to carry out my tasks

Well motivated
I'm a fast learner, willing to learn new skills in your company. I've got a certificate in program in Office Management with UNISA as passed. I also have experience as an Administrator with Nedbank for about 4 years. I have experience in Computer Literacy.
Pros: I'm a hard working person, achieved a certificate as a best perfomer from Jan - July period.
Cons: working for the bank in the busy mall like Eastgate, the hours are very long cause we start at 8hoo up to 17hoo

Computer skills, problem solving
Hard working person, well motivated and willing to learn new skills. I'm an admin experience gained while working for Nedbank. To work for the financial department you must be honest and keep clients confidential. I am a qualify in program in Office Management with UNISA completed as a passed in 2014. I like to work as a team,and to respect my clients and colleagues in a professional manner.
