IT's time for me to grow

The work I do is communication based with me liasing with different sources both internally n externally, providing feedback to bring forth what is needed to let home loan applications flow out hopefully with positive results after credit assessment. My role is the 3rd position in the production line making team work very important. Each application is different and brings new challenges which in turn increases my knowledge and I enjoy that.

Leaning new systems

• Resolving user queries either by phone, or email or calls logged • Escalation of any calls to SAP Solution Manager • Re-load of client data if there are any errors in client loads • Perform adhoc detailed testing – SAP /windows upgrades and other technology or SAP enhancement packs • Working with the SAP Functional teams to understand additional requirements to assist in data quality audits • Performing SAP development tasks including: modeling, developing, modifying, and deploying extractors, transfer processes, Infocubes, Process Chains, PSA and DSO Objects, aggregates, queries, etc. as required • Evaluate statistical performance and make recommendations to Basis support for optimization where possible • Enhance the Queries as required by the business • Understands SAP current and Future products and makes recommendations

Great company to work for... has many tactics of ensuring employees get rewarded.

I enjoy working at the company... Working hours are my current concern. I have great passion for the company and the company has made me grow in many ways.

Great organisation

As much as it was a great company but the Salary was not satisfactory. New staff memberso getting moready paid than the older employees. The culture was amazing and they've always put family first.

Great place for career development

Nedbank is a great place to work the reason being I've developed advance skills and experience in delivering world class client service to different types of race, I've grown in my career level by attaining promotion from lower to higher position. I've acquire skills to work as excellent team player as it is requirement for my job The challenging part of my job its when it looks like we not going to make a target for month. What I like the mosts about my job is to make a huge difference and a good change to individual life (Client) by exceeding expectation.

I am credit risk monitoring manager

Working hors 8-9 hrs. daily i am credit risk monitoring manager , an all rounder in banking filed with vast knowledge in credit , credit risk , credit monitoring , risk monitoring ,client services and sales

Best company to work for

Nedbank is the best company to work for but their system are not market compatible as compared to other banks.At times,the leadership takes criticism personally

I serve clients with businesses turnover of up to +- R10M per annum

We have meetings in the mornings giving a discussion of your day plan in line with your target. I have one banker in training, whom I provide training and coaching on almost a daily basis. I set up appointments, follow up leads, and check on cases send through for credit's assessments, I listen to clients needs, provide financials solutions and write applications with the necessary supporting documentations. I sat in on other cases with banker providing coaching. I give training on products to other staff. I resolve complaints. I have leant that most complaints arise because clients were never kept in the loop on their initial enquiry or query. The most challenging of my work is to release securities for a client and the system shows no securities attached, then the search starts, the rewarding side we will always find it.

Cons: Yes, sometimes visit clients after hours at their businesses
