Leaning new systems

• Resolving user queries either by phone, or email or calls logged • Escalation of any calls to SAP Solution Manager • Re-load of client data if there are any errors in client loads • Perform adhoc detailed testing – SAP /windows upgrades and other technology or SAP enhancement packs • Working with the SAP Functional teams to understand additional requirements to assist in data quality audits • Performing SAP development tasks including: modeling, developing, modifying, and deploying extractors, transfer processes, Infocubes, Process Chains, PSA and DSO Objects, aggregates, queries, etc. as required • Evaluate statistical performance and make recommendations to Basis support for optimization where possible • Enhance the Queries as required by the business • Understands SAP current and Future products and makes recommendations

Great opportunity to grow

I am a hard worker and dedicated worker Team player I am a problem solver I work well under pressure Going the extra mile for clients is vital important As a call agent I've leant that you always need to put the clients needs ahead of yours The most challenging aspect would be assisting an irate client and still managing to end the call with a smile on your face as well as in the client's voice.

I have learnt to work in different departments. learnt to work with different ethnicities.

my job is to direct client to the right places or lines they should be in. I answer and transfer calls internal and external. I go on counter and take in deposits and encashment of cheques. I do filling and organise reports. at this time we work together to finish all the work in time . getting to learn something new at work excites me and makes me want to go to work everyday. I have learnt to work with different departments. I have learnt to live with different cultures. the most challenging aspects is when you are given limited authority

Pros: get to know jobs out of your scope. observe whenever you have time
Cons: you must comply with all the policies, rules and regulations

Wonderful

Working at nedbank is very intense as we are on a monthly target and each day gives new challenges as to how I will have to meet them also it allows me to meet different types of people and different types of markets in terms of earnings I just love the challenge that to company brings to me each month

I need to grow and learn more about what i have studied for.

Key Responsibilities o Issue credit card statements o Reverse incorrectly charged fees when a need arises o Prepare credit card contract reconciliation o Replace lost or damaged cards o Open new credit card accounts o Close customer's credit card accounts as per clients' requests , o Re-opening of credit cards accounts when a need arise o Issue embassy letters to clients for who are traveling abroad and needs to use their credit cards o Issue Tax certificates for Tax purposes o Assist Team leader with verification of payments when a need arise o Train new staff on how to use our operating system

Pros: I haven't been moving around since the past seven years.
Cons: 7 and half hours per day
