Excellent

I am a young ambitious male who strives hard to succeed, very optimistic and looking for a company that will help me expand my knowledge in the business sector and enable me to grow individual with the hope of being an asset to the company rather than a liability. I am a smart work, risk taker, fast learner, numerical and computer literate I have time communication and management skills and can prioritise and deliver within required deadlines.

Wonderful

Working at nedbank is very intense as we are on a monthly target and each day gives new challenges as to how I will have to meet them also it allows me to meet different types of people and different types of markets in terms of earnings I just love the challenge that to company brings to me each month

Principle and knowledge of management accounting principles

Dedicated, self-starter with business banking experience and specialist in cost and management accounting. Effective communicator, problem solver, analytic, disciplined person with accreditation to provide sound and relevant financial advice.  Business credit advancement analysis.  Excellent Sales skills to attract new relationships in increasing portfolio revenue.  Oral and written communicator.  Regulatory exam certificate.

Target driven environment.

Every independent work, not much interaction with co-workers and pretty fair work.Good place for self motivation. Limiting in work development its to specific to branch out into other departments.

I have learned how to supervise a team of people with different personalities.

Nedbank is a good company, fun to work for, most developing and growing as well, a company you develop yourself an individual and make sure you achieve a lot. i enjoyed motivating my team and being a role model to them. I have learned how to be responsible and to be on point and meet my deadline.

I excell in my current job

I do a lot of typing in the form of reporting for every client I deal with. I always do follow ups to my clients queries and always go back and give them solutions/ feed backs. I regard myself as a team player and have a good relationship with my co workers. The best thing I have learnt,

Pros: One can use ones initiative to come up with solutions for lients.
Cons: Repetion of same job resulting in no growth

Executive customer service

am currently in a Multiproduct space as Team leader with a span of control of 16 agents reporting to me directly. Mxolisi is a well presented, articulate and focused individual who has a passion for delivering quality service and putting the customer at the heart of everything he does. Possessing a long track record of making sure that his staff in his current employer is getting everything just right. I play a huge role at also recruiting the right people with the right behaviours and ensure they are given access to the right training, from induction through to any specialist training required to do the job better. One of my key strength is the ability to only make effective decisions based on a thorough analysis of the information, and using that to drive business performance and a development of employees within the organisation. Right now I am looking for a big stage for my talents with a reputable company that will allow me to grow my career and flourish within a stimulating environment.

Great place for career development

Nedbank is a great place to work the reason being I've developed advance skills and experience in delivering world class client service to different types of race, I've grown in my career level by attaining promotion from lower to higher position. I've acquire skills to work as excellent team player as it is requirement for my job The challenging part of my job its when it looks like we not going to make a target for month. What I like the mosts about my job is to make a huge difference and a good change to individual life (Client) by exceeding expectation.

Great organisation

As much as it was a great company but the Salary was not satisfactory. New staff memberso getting moready paid than the older employees. The culture was amazing and they've always put family first.
