I jave learn a lot of things through these years
The nice place to work with meating new face ever day,what ever in know I learnt from that company that's the best place to work. The people I'm working with are so helpfully , even thij sometimes you face some challenge from the customer, but off all things the positiveness in me keep me going. The most challenging thing in my work place is moneygramme how to send the money to someone who doesn't jave a bank account is still a challenge to me

Fast learner and efficient
Sales is an area in which I excel. My sincerity, in addition to a good sense of humour, contributes to my approachable demeanour. Because I am technically inclined and a quick study, I am able to comprehend the intricacies of company products and pass along this knowledge in a clear, concise manner to my clients. Being detail-oriented and organized is beneficial in record keeping and scheduling business calls.

Excellent learning place
Greet everyone once in the building and office. i have alot about management and handlung situations in the work place. I enjoy the learning opportunities given at the corporate institutions. The most challenging aspects is coming up with new and better innovations.

It's been good and challenging but doable
Working with customers is something that I look forward to, winning them over is my motto, educating them about the company I work for is what I call a successful day, negativity coming from them makes me to be on top of my game. Working with different genders, tribes and age differences it made me to learn patience and sharpened my listening skills . I also learnt that family away from home is always something one needs to embrace. I enjoy to see happy customers, you know you have done a good job when that quiet customer who's been with the company forever asks for you and sends his/ her regards even when you not around ,rand remembers your name well. The company carried ubuntu values so as the employees and am still live with those values
Pros: Working for FNB at my age it's been a good experience at my age because I exercised my mind and my body as I was doing a lot of things

Good learning curve
my relationship with co worker are exceptionally well i get along with everyone and always willing to help. i have learnt alot like being independent working with a vision and structure. i have enjoyed our fun and celebration at work

Excellent Learning Curve
A typical work day will consist of 7 hours, 8 if there are any meetings. My relationship with my co-workers are excellent, we are always willing to help each other. I have learnt many things, but one specific lesson is that you alone can determine your success. I enjoy migrating clients to the digital channel, which is my job. I also enjoy the presentations every morning. The challenging aspects will be the difficult clients and how to keep them satisfied. My motive is to smile, even though a client behaves in a rude manner.

Best Culture for Work environment
Most bank a very rigid however with our team we get opportunity to bring creativity and this differentiate our bank from the rest Also self initiatives, and self starting is greatly encouraged The business is such that you do not feel like a drop in the oceans Taken seriously and ideas are encouraged and always backed and no ideas is not viable unless tried and tested. More family oriented company and holistic approach to employee, wellness and a good retirement package are critical and medical and education benefits such bursaries. This is great to work in a place where they believe in development
Pros: Great opportunity for learning and reinveting oneself
Cons: promotion is not always the next step in line, you can remain in one postfor 10 years with no promotion
