Learning new things apart from what i studied

Working in the bank is a great experience but not so challanging because you do the same thing everyday ,Meeting clients with different personalities and mood swings that is the most difficult part of it because they are our business target no matter the treatment they give us we need to be patient with them and make them understand and resolve their queries to keep a lasting relationship

Pros: rare chances of growth
Cons: not really long depends on the date ..and how busy it is

Great company

Fnb is a great company to work for spend more than 8 years with a company and I have learn a lot from this organisation. I have a good relationship with colleagues and the management.

Target driven

Team work and target driven is the name of the game.the most satisfying thing is after resolving a query that took you for about an hour.so patience is also important because you must listen to customer's problem and make them feel that you understand their situation.make them feel important.the most challenging thing is dealing with angry customers who takes everything personal and threaten your life

Pros: great earning opportunity as it is commission based.so the commission motivates me to work even harder.I am a hard worker naturally but now I triple my efforts
Cons: long working hours and working under pressure during busy days were you even have to skip lunch

Great culture

Excellent culture! Great company to work for with very professional stakeholders. Work load is not too strenuous and gives one room for perfecting the job.

Excellent learning curve

I work in a good working environment, i have learned how to communicate with customers, i have learn how to process transaction fast without making mistakes. i enjoy working at the end of the month because it gets busy, you meet different people. the most challenging aspect is when you make a processing error or when a customer is depositing a lot of coins.

Great knowledge

i work every day in order to achieve my sales and it has really helped me a lot in working in a team and also to adapt to every environment. from the skills i accumulated at my previous employer i believe i can head up every challenge coming my way, as i have dealt with a lot of customers who complaints a lot.

Pros: marketing is good

Innovation is my key

I am complain coordinator, I deal with media complains which is your Facebook, or Hello Peter etc. I have to sort them within 3 hours. I am a plan of any events in the team I am second in charge so I am in charge of allocating work, checking register and updating. Strategy planning the day and work for the day. I have being in call centre, team leader, second in charge, credit assessor. The highlight was being the host of a Talk show, which was my innovation. I enjoy most about my job is everyday challenges

Pros: I am enthusiastic person and will ing to learn . Love being innovative
Cons: The growth is very limited .

Excellent learning curve

When given an opportunity to work I took it as learning curve and to grow myself.It's an excellent learning because it enhances communication skills,working under pressure,interpersonal skills and reaching company targets .In order to reach certain targets team work is initiated so I've learnt to work and understand different characters of people .

Excellent stepping stone and exposure to problem solving

Ensuring that you maximise on every sale you make by ensuring great cross-selling. It is tough as yoy must be on your toes all the time, there is little time to relaxe as yoy are busy the whole day providing solutions to clients and ensuring yoy provise them with the best solutions so that long lasting relationships are built. You must be able to deal with difficult clients as you will get such and be able to manage the situation before running off to your superiour. Be very focused by ensuring that youbare able to separate personal from business life as that is very important because you must be able to switch from one emotion to the other depending on the client.

Cons: Preassure is too much

I have learnt to manage personal and development to increase own skills and competencies ..
