My current employer
I have been with my company for 12 years now. it's a very huge company with cultural diversity. we speak the same laguage wich is "Service", which leads to sales and customer retention taking into consideration the level of competition that is out there. It's a great place of work and if it wasn't for the fact that i want to explore other avenue in order to attain financial growth i would'nt be looking elsewhere.
Pros: You get to know a lot about the market, your compertitors and the tools to use to have your share of the market.
Cons: changes happen almost everyday so one always has to on their to toes to keep up with what's happening in the industry.

Hard work
I have financial admin and teller experience with First National Bank, also have a debtors control experince that I feel are notably competitive in 2008 I obtained a Bcomm Economics Degree and I also obtained business management at Millpark business school in 2010,my ability and capabilities will provide you with a competitive world-class service that your institution deserve. Aside from my qualification and abilities, I have personal characteristics, which will enhance your work force. I have a conscientious personality that allows me to communicate easily with individuals at all levels.

Love life, Like new chllenges, must learn something new everyday and no job is to small or to big.
A typical work day pace is hectic. The work is challenging and your are constantly on your toes, learning something new everyday which I find mentally stimulating. Never rush this in this environment. The people are from all walks of life. The biggest challenge is the corporate politics in getting something done.
Pros: People, flexi hours, exposure to all feilds wihtin the financial industry
Cons: travelling from Pretoria to Johannesburg everyday

Excellent sales person
I work at a very friendly branch ,my collegues are very helpful when it comes to heeelping each other with work.i mostly love to interact with clients.the most challenging thing about my work is to convince clients to take up certain products but at the end of the deay i manage to do it

Excellent learning curve
Good environment to build your retail banking experience, learning the sales environment as well as the projects / change environment. Opportunity for career development are a lot since the group includes diverse fields (eg retail, investment, insurance, sales, it, etc)

I am a young individual with sales and service background.
I always have busy days as I am career driven and wish to fulfill what the business expects from me. I am sales and service driven which helps me to give maximum value to customer and help my institiution with regards ton profit growth. I am an excellent team player as I always listen and wish to learn and grow in my career. I enjoy fulfilling the needs of my clients as I go the extra mile to deliver 100% service deliver. My job is challenging as I need to always know my products and and also be available 24/7 to service my clients as they are high net worth earners and require individual attention at any time. Exceptional worker
I have a method of working together with my staff, they appreciate my willingness to help and be at their level. I have learnt that there is no end to learning. I enjoy coercing with different people of different expertise.

The exposure I have to the various facets of the financial world is exciting
I love what I do as I learn something new every day and my role requires me to use my mind in various ways from application of a solution to prevent events to system design, etc. I mostly enjoy the people I work with. I have learnt that no question is stupid and that the more inputs one gets 1the more bases will be covered ensuring you minimize the risks you could be facing
