The experience
A hectic high paced day with an excellent team of co-workers who are always willing to learn and help out. I've learnt a lot working in a financial institution as you get to understand the importance of customer service. The skills that come with the job are speed, accuracy, confidentiality and honesty. I enjoy working with people and giving good service. The most challenges are basically paying attention to detail all the time as you cannot afford to loose concentration.

Excellent environment for growth
•There are rooms for growth as we learn different elements every week. •Plenty opportunities to land a permanent position •The environment is cooperate and character building • I've learnt to work and share ideas as a team. • Keeping a smooth relationship with other colleagues. • Resolving issues that work related is possible as we al get to share our expertise.

Excellent learning and networking field.
On at typical working day we work with a lot of financial transactions in an area that is mostly dependant on the flexibility of the staff as we have to be able to fill each other's posts. I've learnt a lot about financial planning, investing and most of all the control of finances and it is by far the most enjoyable thing to do because you not only learn about the work environment but it also contributes to your personal development. The most challenging aspect of the job is the pressure that comes with having to meet different targets on a monthly basis.
Pros: Great place to network and build relationships with clients of high profiles.
Cons: Long working hours of which includes weekends.

Need a new analytical challenge
I get me a cup of coffee first. Set up my till for the day , stamp pre- printed sheets. make sure my devices are in working condition. Establish with my supervisor who are my forex customers for day. I have worked in the money handling environment for a while now and perfected my teller skills. I do learn a lot of other finer things in other departments yet I don't feel being a sales consultant is my strength. working with numbers and providing a service for people are the things I enjoy the most and my department is the best.

Need change
• Develop Computer-assisted audit (CAATs). • Analyze the CAATS data. • Compile and issue CAATS reports and keep key stakeholder in the loop in respect of CAATS findings and reports. • Conduct a month on month data monitoring. • Design Reports in SSRS. • Compile quarterly reports.

A day in the shoes of a banker
Banking is a highly pressurised and demanding environment.Clients demands have to met on a daily basis and there is no room for poor service. High sales targets have to met on a monthly basis as performance is measured monthly. Working in this industry has molded me into a very strong and assertive being.I have learn't that when working with people's monet there is no room for error. Accuracy is key. The etire experience in banking is exciting as everyday is a challenge. I am faced with difficult clients,complex queries and credit issues which have to be resolved. I believe that no is too big as there are many solutions.
