When i was employed with FNB it was a warm and knowledgeable experience.
I am currently employed with a leasing and retail company and i do enjoy the type of work we do, The company keeps good relationship with their partners. Our managers are very involved and keeps us motivated and enthusiastic about what we do.

Cons: there are many times that we are requested to work over time.

Great place and culture to work for
Learning is highly motivated reinvention of oneself and career is what give FNB the diferation from the rest of the bank it is a conducive place for learning and reestablishing career aspirations. Innovation is the name of the game and if you cannot keep up you are stagnant and left behind. The greatest moment is finding myself overwhelmed however support was provided

Good learning curve
I am innovative fast learner. I pay attention to detailand strive for quality with Zero tolerance error as my drive. I am positive and always implement ways to make the working envirinment way efficient and better. I like working with a challenge and be able to bring a solution to the challenges encountered. I work in a n environment that is very syrict with quality and aims to reach a Zero tolerance goal. I am a team player and also find it easy to work hand in hand with my team members

Growing and grooming experience
I have a growing passion with working with different client and have enjoyed the different broadness of our client base and inquiries. They both have been challenging and beneficial as you get to give solutions to things our clients need and want to do in their daily lives and so it does also give you the opportunity to learn if I had to come across a similar scenario. The one thing I like is how it challenges me to grow and do more in terms of my expected results toward company revenue, as well as making a remarkable valuable experience to clients.

Every day is a new chaleenge which keeps one on ones toes
I enjoy the environment of risk and fraud on a day to day basis as every day one learns something new. When a positive impact if achieved, such as the arrest of a staff member assisting criminals, one feels like you have achieved something for the day, saved the Client monies and the Bank from reputational damage

They push you to be a better person and look for better things
My work day is 8am - 5pm, i capture applications, we have a good relationship at work a family kind of we get along so well. I have learnt lots of things how to love other people beside yourself amd how to communicate better with other people and respect is important, I enjoy working and team buildings. Most challenging i work with people's applications and reaching target so sometimes you try to work fast trying to reach states and that could bw stressing cause you must not make any mistakes at all.

Exellent learning curve
I really enjoyed working at fnb ,I enjoyed working with different people whom were very helpful to me and helped me to achieve and gain more experience in different ventures
