I enjoyed my time at Fnb. They gave me necessary skills that i needed to get me a proper job. I learned alot pertaining to Admin and Receptionist. Coming into the company, i felt like i would never fit in but i did.

Great entry level experience
I worked in the branch. Very little chance of growth whilst in the branch. But the working environment and culture of the coporation is exceptional. I would do it all over again. Just that now I have reached my growth limit in the branch and I am interested in other positions as I would like to develop my career further beyond just sales and consultancy.

Free, open, and high collaborative environment
It is a company that allows for continuous learning and growth. The employees are are willing to share knowledge and are always willing to guide other employees. There are always opportunities but the work can be a bit stagnant to one's growth. It takes a bit longer than usual to complete projects since it is a large organization.

Cons: As a BI analyst, work can be a bit repetitive

Great learner
Was supporting FNB atm software thru various vendors which where contracted by FNB, the vendors where bytes, tcm and diebold. They mainly did the hardware side of things which we mainly dealt with the software

Assisting users remotely/telephonically, Quite an exciting environmnet, Fun, I have learnt to interact with various users telephonnically, Telephone ettiquete. I enjoy assisting with all software & hardware related queries and advise. The most challenging aspect is difficult users that I can handle swiftly

Great environment,learn more willingly to up-skill yourself.There is not much growth.
I have learned to work with different individuals and learn more from my day to day job. Go an extra mile to assist clients and seek for advise from my operations manager to build a foundation of determination and risk. I a lot of experience and I would like to move and be given the opportunity to learn more and change in my career growth. Everything is challenging withing the financial industry and I enjoy it and take pleasure in it. I love my and enjoy serving my clients, I am not good in selling.
