Currently satisfied about everything. Although there is no growth pontetial, due to the fact that our team leaders are the next step for us to grow, therefore one has to apply to other departments, in orde to grow.

Working on sales
Working on sales is veryu challenging , time bound, self individual driven and it is an ongoing changing business as market and economy changes, I really enjoy being challenged as it grow my mental capabilities as i deal with diofferent kind of clients with different needs that also change in time depending on the life cycle of an individual. I really enjoy working with people as part of the team helping one another to archieve one common goal. I have learned that without team work, one cannot archieve better results. Together we can do more than an individual that is tasked to complete a certain project on time and with the desired results. I enjoy my time at work when i have manageds to fullfill the client's needs and both the client and the company is happy. Archieving the target is the most challenging task at work ,as it requires constant perfomance with alternative solutions, planning and implimenting.

Cons: constant changing environment leading to restructuring

I will be studying NQF level 5 from next year
I have worked in different department in the company which really assist me in knowing and understanding different clients and staff members. I gave a good relationship with my co- workers and I am able to understand how different people are.
Pros: Being a manager will be greatest challenge that I know I am ready for.
Cons: Work and be acknowledged for what you do.

Growth and development
My journey began with Absa Retail Bank Collections where I started as a Call Centre Agent, QA, Legal Typist for Absa Legal. Then I moved to being Receptioniat, then an Administrator for Absa Retail Collections. I then moved to being a Team Assistant for Absa Private Bank. I have learnt to network and work under pressure since Retail was such a big organisation. With Private Bank, I refined my skills since I networked with prominent upper market clients only. I have learnt to organise travelling bookings, organising and facililitating major events, liaising with stakegolders, procurement, logging IT queries and purchasing of items via SAP. I njoyed mostly working with the Bankers which I served and including both back office and front office. The most challenge was to keep up with new trends and being innovative in order to keep clients and and co workers happy and ensuring everything is within policy. I also learnt bringing more leads to the Bank.

Excellent with clients/staff /office work/ buildings etc
a Typical workday starts with being at the branch at 06h00 and planning day/ week ahead ,staff meetings at 08h00 , opening of branch with security in place at 08h30 . Walk through branch / building to interact with staff and see to hygiene/cleanliness of departments and building overall, OH & S . Attend meetings when required with contractors and senior management. Ensure that staff training are done as scheduled and according to learning paths on system according to specific roles. Do departmental audits and daily checking . Meet with clients whenever assistance are needed or complaints that has to be dealt with.
Pros: Work satisfaction
Cons: No more opportunity for promotion

Excelent learning curve
A variety of jobs options. Frequently training options available. Work well in a team and on my own. Get along with all races. Good listener. Good environment to work in. Good relationship with co-workers. Build a lot of knowledge

UNDER PRESSURE WORKING,KNOWING MY CUSTOMERS, BEING CALM WHEN DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS
IT WAS HECTIC AT THE FIRST TIME BUT I GET USED TO MY COLLEAGES. I WAS NOT USED TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE. ALL IN ALL I GAINED A LOT OF EXPERIENCE. SOMETIMES YOU DEAL WITH DIFFICULT CLIENTS BUT AS A HELP PROVIDER YOU NEED TO CALM DOWN CLIENT IS ALWAYS RIGHT. I REALY APPRICIATE AS WE WORK AS A TEAM IF SOMEONE HAS PROBLEM WE MAKE SURE WE DNT GO AWAY WITHOUT FINDING THE SOLUTION
Pros: VERY EXPERIENCED RETAIL BANK. COURAGEOUS STAFF MEMBERS
Cons: SOMETIMES ITS NOT EASY BUT GIVING UP IS NOT A SOLUTION. WORK HARD TO GET YOUR GOAL

Dedication and commitment
It is a very challenging industry where it needs passion and dedication,i also deal with irate customers most of the time.Every morning we discuss our daily targets as to how we tackle them.During interactions i come up with new ideas.Everyday i must make sure that i balance(NO SHORTAGE,NO SURPLUS).I enjoy working with a team because that where i got new ideas and solutions.

Hard working dedicated person
im a hard working dedicated person i always strive for the best if they need me anywhere in a department i manage to jump in and help i strive to do things the right way the 1st time in all i do my relationship with colleagues i excellent we have a family bond
