I have good interpersonal skills, which developed through serving customers.

ND Accounting and well cemented by skills and knowledge gained at ABSA bankand I am assertive to my knowledge ,have ability to work in a team i call my self as a team player, .I enjoy helping client to meet they need and help them to achieve their goals

Pros: clients always leave bank happy,with the clear undrestading of thier needs
Cons: Polices and procedures of company they sometimes not user freindly like fica document client most of time fall out the lock book

Looking for new and greater challenges

I have been working for ABSA for over 10 years, before this I worked at Standard Bank for over 5 years.I am a hard working and beleive in reaching my goals, learning new things and passing on my knowledge.I strive to be the best at what I do and motivate myself and others in doing so daily. I beleive that one has to love whhat you do in order to be happy and succesful in life. I currently manage a group of 8 people,who I daily need to motivate and drive to be the best that they can be.A normal day consist of time management to check work and files.Balance accounts and constructively plan the working days sales.My main focus is on customer service.I beleive that if you can get that right the sales will follow.People are important and how you manage them says alot.

Ability to learn

Iam a hard working lady who take her job very seriously.I always put my all in everything that ido.working for Absa was very challenging and I enjoyed loved it

Customer services which are based on the foundation created of good customer service

Analytical thinker Attentive to detail Confident and perceptive Self-motivated and self-starter Ability to work in a team Assertive to my knowledge

Team work

We work together as a team as we need to achieve one common goal I have learned to give good client service,i enjoy working with people problem solving helping people achieve their goal going the extra mile for my co-workers and our clients. The most difficult aspect of my job is to be extra careful as i work within criminal environment i need to check IDs if they are authentic checking payslips even confirm employment

Pros: inbound training and great personal growth
Cons: nothing is a con unless you make it one

ABSA BANK

I believe in structure so that is why I always check my to do list for the day and get started as soon as possible. I am a team player and always willing to go the extra mile. I enjoy coaching others and sharing knowledge with others. Over the years I have learnt alot about the systems eg. sap, journals, debtors and creditors, etc. And learnt alot about the policy and procedures. Being a coach and sharing knowledge with others. I enjoy a challenge and always gives 100% at a times.

Excellent learning and delivering good service

I enjoyed working at absa bank. Working in different branches helped me to learn more about customer care. Delivering excellent service to the clients. As team we are like family caring and going the extra mile for each other.

Making on Errors Pro-active Immediate Response

DUTIES • Credit Controlling/ Advising Client on their account • Collection Assisting Client Telephonically with regards • To Financial Information as ABSA Vehicle and Assets Finance Product • Consultation with CIT (Face to Face) • Updating details on System for GTS • Tracing GTS on ITC • Issuing Article on Letters • Preventing Impairments • Rehabilitating Clients Accounts Managing Book of 4080 Account (Book Value) • Handling of Funds • Filling • Educating Clients about the Status of their Account • Excellent Customer Service • Arrangements to bring Account up to date • Verify CIT Details (e.g. ID and Address) - Resolve customer queries timeously - Update daily banking on computer to customer’s records - Trace direct deposits on Bank statements - Authorize release of picking slips for accounts on hold. - Follow up on outstanding proof of delivery documents and provide to customers,
