Work effectively with dealing with client, understanding that customer comes from different background, with different peronalities, learning the team but as individual at the same time. the relationship it grows differently beacuse you need to understand a person not stirotip. being a team player bring out good positive site to the team always when you are around. Enjoy my work because it always different challegies most challenging aspects about my job is when we can not find solution on same day, or tracing where the account not balance at the end of the day.

i love my day to day work basis how ever am looking for new challange. we promote team work and as a branch it work best for us to become top performer and to love and understand each other as co-workes.

Learning curve
I am on the frontline of the branch so I am first customer contact. I have learnt various ways on how to best handles the different customer characters i encounter daily mostly i terms of communication as it is my main challenge due to language barriers.

7.45 hours per day working some saturdays hard working motivated and dedicated worker been in the bank for more than 20 years worked in different departments in retail banking love working with staff and clients most challanging asspect is the sales targets to achieve in this economic climate we are facing

I am a very structured person. Can work under pressure. Take on new tasks and learn quickly.
Currently in my role, I interview clients for Foreign Exchange matters. I have a good relationship with all my co-workers. Have been working in the Bank for 30 years in different departments.
Pros: Getting to know a lot of people. A person can grow and go from one department to another.

Exellent learning curve.
ITS ALWAYS FULL AT WORK WITH QUEUES AND WE ALWAY MANAGE TO HELP ALL OUR CLIENTS THROUGH TEAM WORK.MY WORKING RELATIONSHIP IS WONERFUL WE TRUST EACH OTHE AND HELP EACH OTHER WITH EVERYTHING SO THAT WE CAN ALL ACHIEVE.I HAVE LEANRNED ALOT HOW TO HANDLE IRATE CUSTOMERS AND TO SLOVE QURIES AND TO PUT THE CUSTOMER AT THE CENTRE OF WHAT I DO AND ALWAYS GIVE FEEDBACK.I ENJOY HELPING POPLE THE MOST EXPEACIALLY OUR ELDERLY PEOPLE.MOST CHALLENGING IS COMPLIANCE BECAUSE WE DONT HAVE CONTROL OVER THE COMPLIANCE PART.

Daily routine
The day starts with a team huddle were important information is shared. The ban opens at 8H30 and then you need to assist the clients until 15H30. I have a good relationship with my co-workers and get along with everyone. I learnt about what customer service should be and always doing things that are in the best interest of the client. The most challenging aspect of the job is to bring in new business.

Adapts to change positively, eager to learn new things.
My role is to ensure that branches follow policies and procedures. I have to support the branch by ensuring that the daily operations are done, getting read for audit with no findings. I have a great working relationship with my co- workers, i have build relationships and always willing to assist. What i enjoy most about the role is the discipline it brings. The most challenging aspect of the job is ensuring that all the branches achieve 100% operations, what makes it challenging is the different personalities of leaders.
