Love to learn

My every day at work is always busy. I have learn't alot about people, especially irate people and how to stay calm in the situation. I am most definately a people's person and love helping people where I can. I will go the extra mile to help a client. The most challenging aspect of my job is when a repurchase has not paid because there is a computer error. Trying to keep the clients calm and phoning to get a manual payment done. We have just had a new system update so this too has been hair-raising but one learns quick.

Pros: There is no promotion opportunities where I am at the moment. Would love to be able to have the opportunities
Cons: Working on Saturdays

Good Working Ethics

We deal with clients banking transactions, on a daily basis, Deposit, withdrawal, transfers, cheques and forex exchanges. My relationship with my collegues is very smooth we work as three tellers, business teller and a treasu clerk and a Specialist manager. I have learned a lot when dealing with clients but most importantly the absa value and i enjoy dealing with clients the whole interaction on daily basis keeps me going. The challenge is not meeting the clients expectation.

Able to work as team and attentive to details

I am a hard working person and im able to work as a team .im very helpfully.I have communication skills ,customer services , can plan and organizing meetings and computer skills

Pros: work well with people,always willing to help when need
Cons: this when pick hours or month ended when sytem is low
