Its very hard to me to doing the job that its not my paginate.My team its working hard to reach the target of the day .I'ved learn more thing in the company,the most important thing its to plan ahead and also looked back to see your mistake because its help to learn.I enjoy to work eight hours per day.The different shift it is a big challenge to me.

Good customer service

Working as cashier taught me a lot how to act meeting new people to be a cashier it not a easy job as we see it the are rude customers you have to deal with that and good customers how to behave your self in front of them I had a good relationship with boss and my colleagues

Pros: Good relationship with everyone from a store manager to a cleaner

Am a harding working person, who loves his job. And am willing to learn more.

The company that am currently working for is actually a good company that i can require any youth who's willing to start having a job experience, to me its more like a stepping stone and gaining more experience. Other than that i have learned a lot in the company more about the customer service and how to deliver best service for a client..

I m a hardworking lady who willing to do extra mile anytime you need my help.As a stock controlled I make sure the stock that I received I captured in a system so that it can be trasable when we need information of the company.

Good

My day starts at 9 am and I nock of at 6pm. I need to check emails, any new information that is sent from head office, check if all my access are still working and check if we are not offline. I need to be at least 15 mins before my shift because I won't be able to do all this if there are clients. I deal with difficult customers and very understanding ones. I need to take a tea break and lunch break sometimes that is impossible depending how many people are scheduled for the day. We are only four in my department so me and my team are very happy to work together I can cover their work and they can dk the same to me if maybe I cannot finish or if its them that can't. Managent is fine what I love the most is we have more than ten of them I can speak to any one I like about my job.

Delivering Exceptional Customer Service and maximising sales

Through out my expirience with Woolworths i have demonstrated good customer service through my selling skills. I always look forward to work because of the team work we have, we always learn from each other. I enjoy selling and meeting new customers and maintaining the relationship with the existing customers. I find what i find more challenging in my job is people who put less effort to their task and dont meet deadlines.

Growing in customer service

My typical day at work is dealing with enquiries and services. The relationship with my co-workers is excellent we encourage each other and work as a team. In all that I have learned is to be a good listener and be patient when working in a customer service environment. The most challenging aspects of my job is when I have to deal with difficult and rude customers where I have to apply problem-solving abilities as best as possible, remaining calm and polite.

Manager

I m a hardworking lady am willing to go extra mile and willing learn. As a stock controller,I ensure a day's is completed as per schedule. I make sure I minimize shrinkage to receive and capture stock on the computer so that we can have record and traceability of the stock thus helping the company with reviews so we can improve and exceed Company's objectives. I'm performance oriented and I thrive under pressure.
