Graduated for Me for wholesale & retail business
I'm currently working as a store administrator at Woolworths Brits Mall for four years now and still interested in working in the financial fields as I already have experience in The admin feild and qualification in financial accounting but not yet have experience for my qualification, it will be an honor using my skills in my next career and I'm willing to take a big step ahead.
Pros: i enjoy working as a professionalsm person and respecting others opinions and cultures to avoid conflicts and to have a great team so that we can reach our targets and goals for the business
Cons: sometimes it could be tough and hard working under presure but at some point work has to be done before the workplace to too much work and mistakes

Re-structuring and attention to detail,sometimes one must helicopter manage situations
I have been in the business for more than 10 years and successfully managing my stock without any loss,increasing turn over with a positive staff turnover and also acquiring new customers for the business, my ability to encourage positivity with my staff is excellent because happy staff is productive.
Pros: Yes growing as an individual should be encouraged
Cons: When team work is disturbed the job becomes difficult I think going back to the drawing board I crucial and necessary

Train to became manager
I direct inbound and outbound calls capture daily floats for Cashiers print daily Reports and anylise them control all cash flowing in store capture it in Recon Assist, I am frindly people person have good relationship with co-workers I have learned to professionalism,intergrity.in a workplacr because I deal with confidential information of co-worker.i enjoy helping people a lot internally and externally working long hours,during holidays and dealing with difficult customers.

Professional and great learning environment
my duty is to study design electrical layout for new and existing Woolworth's stores, to study the store energy profiles and give ideas of ways to reduce energy consumption in stores. I am working with a great team of engineers and we have a good relationship. I have learnt a lot in terms of importance of energy efficiency and great designs for retail store. I enjoy designing electrical layout for existing stores to upgrade the lighting layout so that the store can be more energy efficient,.

Excellent
I have learn many different department,how to appreciate customer,how to help them,how to great them.how to handle transaction,how to controll creditors and debtors,how to manage the floor operation.Ensuring the daily cash up is done on daily basis Counting and recording money received or paid out and balancing The most enjoyable moment is woolworths can growth staff in any different department within a year.The benefit of woolworth is very interesting. The most challenging aspect is my salary, im not happy with my salary. I have good time with my co-workers,we solve problem together until the problem solved. The management are also helpful to every one .

Excellent learning
My relationship with my Co_workers is very good since i am a people's person and like working with different people from different cultures.I like interacting with customers and i always put my job first. I learnt to keep employees's salaries confidential since im working with their salaries and to keep my work up to date since we have a role that says today's work is today.

Great customer service experience
It is great place to work with. So many things that I learn especially when it comes to customer service. There no growth opportunities. They offer better company benefits such as medical aid. The company has clear policy that guides employees. The co workers are easy to work with. The customers are very difficult but they teach us how to deal with different queries.

Excellent learning curve
I'm Neo 24 of age live in. Vosloorus nd worked at woolies at supervisor, I left there because I was not getting paid enough for the position.so I believe that if I can get this job I will do my best and try and pave my career to be better than before. I will also make sure that the company makes money and Do my job well and be as professional as I can.
