Im a fast learner and not lazy to work
Im a people person,believe in Team work,and positive attitude, do opening and closing check daily figures order stock so availability are always in place , do daily counts to keep my stock losses low,i love to motivate the staff so we also deliver awesome retail experience

Exellent and quick leaner
An annual increase of 5%.I am a hard working person who is results driven. It is a high tempo type of a business. That is changing and needs abducting to change.
Pros: greater promotional opportunities.
Cons: long working hours and peaple attendance especially over weekends. young peaple resignation for greener pastures or other opportunities. Training and development of new employees a non ending processes.

Im willing to learn what ever new.
I have call centre certificate and i have ten modules in information technology from unisa.im working at woolworths as a cashier, data capturer and receptionist.i have one year experience.im willing to learn anything new.llike to work with other people i dont like to work under supervision cause im a hard worker as long as you shown me a job i know what must i do.
Pros: i like to know my job very well. i like to know the job of the other department.i like to learn something new every time

It's great working with and meeting and learning from different kinds of people.
I love learning new things, wehther be it about the job role i work, people or how to improve my efficiency. My primary daily objective is to ensure staff as well as management are paid correctly for their time and effort. Acurate float control of up to R100000 is a diligent duty. Control of stationery and canteen supplies is one of my roles. I respect my colleagues and peers and understand the dynamics of work and personal life as well as where the two meet. I've learnt nothing goes as planned, but to always keep my eyes on the end objective. Problem solving is one of my strong points I enjoy meeting and working on such challenges.
Pros: The effort put in by employees is recognised.

Becoming an excellent sales consultant with the training given.
I believe that I will be judged by my enthusiastic work ethic knowing that being the best candidate for this job and going the extra mile for my customers and making a impact to the business by the knowledge I have to share and the experience I have to improve and motivate my work colleagues to be at there best by leading a positive attitude.

Great support structure
Woolworths provided me with the tools to grow within the company and be myself. Not only could I focus in perfecting myself, if the opportunity arose, I could broaden my knowledge by working in different departments. To me it wasn't just a job, it was working with my family on a daily basis. And my motivation came from completing my daily tasks and providing the best customer service.

Good growth
Well Woolworths is a good company which let you grow in the company as an individual. Willing to empower individuals in growing them selves in the business or outside, it is an indeed a great environment they encourage team work among others which makes it easy to work hand in hand with others. I have learnt that as an individual you should not limit your self with opportunities. Must always take a risk because in that time it you find a greater sense of who you are and always smile, the most challenging thing in my job is that you always put a smile as soon as you walk in that door even if you going through some personal problems but what I enjoy the most is the training that we have during term that makes as grow.
