My everyday work requires me to do housekeeping,sell products and meet my daily target,working with my collegues is learning curve because i get to learn everyday and i learned that honesty ,punctuality,and hard work will make you succeed in life,most what i enjoyed about my work is that we are a team and we always strive for better results My most challenging aspects is not being given an opportunity to show my talents and not being able to experience new things

Train to became manager
I direct inbound and outbound calls capture daily floats for Cashiers print daily Reports and anylise them control all cash flowing in store capture it in Recon Assist, I am frindly people person have good relationship with co-workers I have learned to professionalism,intergrity.in a workplacr because I deal with confidential information of co-worker.i enjoy helping people a lot internally and externally working long hours,during holidays and dealing with difficult customers.

Innovative and creative
I have learnt to be innovative and creativity due to work or met New suppliers and different kind of people daily,and due to volume that sometimes comes unexpectedly I have learnt to work extra miles with confidence. The most challenges is when the system was down due to technical problems and some documents must be manual .

Growing in customer service
My typical day at work is dealing with enquiries and services. The relationship with my co-workers is excellent we encourage each other and work as a team. In all that I have learned is to be a good listener and be patient when working in a customer service environment. The most challenging aspects of my job is when I have to deal with difficult and rude customers where I have to apply problem-solving abilities as best as possible, remaining calm and polite.

Excellent
I have learn many different department,how to appreciate customer,how to help them,how to great them.how to handle transaction,how to controll creditors and debtors,how to manage the floor operation.Ensuring the daily cash up is done on daily basis Counting and recording money received or paid out and balancing The most enjoyable moment is woolworths can growth staff in any different department within a year.The benefit of woolworth is very interesting. The most challenging aspect is my salary, im not happy with my salary. I have good time with my co-workers,we solve problem together until the problem solved. The management are also helpful to every one .

Working environment is excellent but I'm seeking a more existing and more working environment.
My relationship wit coworkers is good it feels like working with family since our store is very small and we are about 15 employees and everybody is treated equal and with respect. I have learnt that when it comes to work you always have to be focused and serious so that you don't make unnecessary mistakes., it is always good to be on time for work and to look decent. I always enjoy pick hours because u like working under pressure and to be busy it makes the day go faster and it's makes work feel more workable. Challenging aspects is dealing with difficult customers and actually getting them to understand the things the were or are unhappy about.
Pros: selling pros is always easily done cause all you have to know is what promotions we have on going
Cons: for me there's no long hours for as long as I stay busy and working I hardly see the day go past

Excellent learning
My relationship with my Co_workers is very good since i am a people's person and like working with different people from different cultures.I like interacting with customers and i always put my job first. I learnt to keep employees's salaries confidential since im working with their salaries and to keep my work up to date since we have a role that says today's work is today.

Stepping stone
Working for woolworths has been a stepping stone for me,i've made great friends there,it has taught me to work well under pressure and working with a team.sometimes we would work short staffed but we made it work at all times,I have learnt how to be a leader throughout the years.

Learning experience to seek for better oppotunities
My work time flexible for me and I enjoy working with my co-workers who pushes to make sure out day duties are done in time and encourage each other in making sure we are all at work every day. there is never a dull moment. I have learnt the importance of working as a team, be punctual at all times. I enjoy learning new thing in other department by observing it keeps me motivated and seeing what I would like to become. within or outside the company.
