Woolworths is a playground for people that think they better then you.
Favoritism is playing a big role aswell. It's about who you know not what you know and how you do your job. Customers likes me cause I'm always polite...and I work fast and accurate. Im never short or over with the money I make. Management think they own you. They threaten you if you speak your mind. The salary is too little to get around. You can't live off it...

Great team player and dedicated
I am currently running a Department which consist of 8 employees that reports directly to me, part of my responsibilities is to ensure that they are up skilled. I manage stock availability on a day to day bases communicating to buyers or planners and also taking customer suggestions. I have a great relation with the employees that are working with me as I have daily meetings to look back what worked or did not work the previous day and also planning for the present and upcoming days. I have learned how to value customers feedback and how to run a business. I enjoy the environment and the work ethics. The most challenging aspects of my duties is to ensure that customers are satisfied which is a challenge that motivates me to think ahead.

Excellent learning curve
I am currently a foods department manager at woolworths fourways , doing the ordering, implanting promotions, pricing, maintaining company standard, customer service, opening and closing the store ( second key holder), training and motivating staff, staff meetings, scheduling, receiving. In charge of the department and also other department on the absence of their departmental manager. Front end and cash office duties. I have NQF level 4.

This position need someone like that has ability to prioritize, meet deadline in time and multitask, working in the busy corporate industry has been the perfect training for me. Not only has it trained and prepare me for all types of experiences dealing with customers and taught me how to think on my feet and become an expert candidate to my job, how to treat co workers. i learn alot about customers

I've learned how to make good customer service and good in administration.
Hi my name is Amanda Zwane and I have many years worked with customers in and around the industry. I started in markinor makert research company as tele quest and from there I went to theatre drama and was helping in many ways in PR , administration, directing. Than I moved to another company as a sales consultants selling furniture and meeting the budget. Thanks moved to woolworths and worked in customer service and moved to card consultant opening up credit card and loans for customers.
Pros: I want to bring more creative customer service and make the company grow like woolworths

Excellent
I enjoyed to learn new things in the company every time.when I get into my work place i like to start by looking what I did yesterday to make the present day to be better than yesterday. Team working attending details and problems solving are some of my good quality skills. I like the challenged of to work under pressure and doing extra mile to learn another thing in the company to growing my career

Graduated for Me for wholesale & retail business
I'm currently working as a store administrator at Woolworths Brits Mall for four years now and still interested in working in the financial fields as I already have experience in The admin feild and qualification in financial accounting but not yet have experience for my qualification, it will be an honor using my skills in my next career and I'm willing to take a big step ahead.
Pros: i enjoy working as a professionalsm person and respecting others opinions and cultures to avoid conflicts and to have a great team so that we can reach our targets and goals for the business
Cons: sometimes it could be tough and hard working under presure but at some point work has to be done before the workplace to too much work and mistakes
