Excellent learning work environment
Everyday learning something new Good relationship with most of my colleagues I learned that it is important to part of team group we help each other with the difficulties in our duties I love to help clients that have problems you make sure you help them with respect while smiling at them Taking extra miles to make sure the problem will be resolved before they leave the office. Most challenging part of the job is when the issue that you escalated has never been attended and you need to take action but knowing that You don't have access of the system and wish you could have it and be done and the client wouldn't have to fight for the matter that was supposed to be resolved by then.
Pros: Great company you learn a lot and you know how to deal with different clients and how resolve them

Ready for growth
im hard working, very focused and so ready growth within the company. i work well with people, im humbled and a very hard worker. i ask to be given an opportunity to prove my self whilst learning and growing within the company.

Im a very hard worker,proud in what i do!i Like working with people and love travlling.
I did vast fields in Telkom,form management to mostly technical.i installed and maintained the Telkom network,repairing and installing,ADSL,normal lines ext,residential and commercial. i enjoyed working with people as i am a very outgoing person.We as co-workers worked close together and assisted each other were needed.i Learned so much in Telkom,went on countless courses. Challenges:Telkom is a VERY target and production orientated company and personally i feel Telkom is chasing clients away with bad service,chasing targets,i believe in customer first!

Good learning curve
We had a good working relationship with co-workers, the most challenging aspect of the job is to face angry customers, what i enjoy the most is to get a new task everyday

Challenging job
excellent relationship with co-workers challenging working environment - demanding customers, reaching customer expectation when you depend on other sections to provide the service i enjoy providing great customer service and getting compliments for the service i provide

Excellent learning opportunity
Its a busy and very hectic environment, calls all day long. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt a lot in terms of systems, customer services. I enjoy working and assist people/clients with issues and making sure that I resolve the issue and clients happy at all times. Challenging aspects - its when you come across an angry clients who is shouting and doesn't want to listen to anything you say.

Good Company
I enjoy my work.The work day starts with reading emails and responding to them.Compile all the stats.for Fibre to the house projects,ME projects , National Broadband Programe and other new projects for malls and complexes. I nomaly hold the meeting with my staff every Monday to review all the projects for the past week and we meet when the need arises to discuss projects related issues.I have learnt to work with different Service Providers that are contracted to Telkom.I enjoy visiting sites and interacting with service providers and my staff and checking quality of work that is carried out .The challenging aspects of my job are time frames of projects completuions
