Senior Manager: SAP Development and Support

I am currently the Senior Manager: SAP Operations and Development for all the ERP modules in Telkom SA LTD.. I am a full Certified SAP consultant in the SAP Best Practice Tools and Accelerators, with SAPSA training in all the major modules. Formal Qualifications include: M.Com (MBA), Hon B.com and B.com accounting and Certified in ITIL. Since 2001, I was involved as Solution/ Project / Program Manager for at least 12 full lifecycle project, with a major personal achievement of winning of both the SAP Africa – GOLD Quality award in the Fast Delivery Category and the SAP AMEA – Silver in the same category, for a project done in 2015.

I am smart,reliable person with excellent businesss acumen

I have a good and clear vision of where I want to be in the future and always take advantage of every good opportunity that presents itself to me. I am a team player and can work individually and in a team as well. I have good communication skills, telephonic etiquette, well organised, take pride in whatever I do especially when it comes to my work, personal driven and do not need constant supervision. This position will benefit me a lot as it will give me an opportunity to grow intellectually. If you are seeking for a person who stays abreast of her field, technically informed, who earns major staff support, committed to achieve total success, working under pressure and meeting deadlines, then please consider what I have to offer.

Listen carefull to what client needs

Working in a call center environment is not an easy thing to do needs someone who is patient with cluents because you working and talking to different clients everyday so u have to love what you are doing but the fact is at the end of the day clients must be fully satisfied

Telephones skills, emails,able to handle high calls volume and time management in customer service

I have learned that customer is always right, I also have learned how to handle an irate or angry customer, skilled in internet connections, such as broadband setup , emails setting, team work and contributions within the team, helping the co-worker, I have typing skills , I have learned to be patient and helpful and try to achieve the company's goal, I having a good relationships with co-workers , avoiding late coming and absenteeism and be a good performer to the company.

Great skills achieved and being able to assist cusomer

As a highly skilled Sales consultant and Professional with proven experience in building professional and suitable relationship in a work area, developing successful sales, strategizing and closing sales in a good and professional manner.    I believe my talent, commitment. Passion will enable me to excel as an employer in your company. I have 8 years experience with administration both back office and front dealing with phone calls and have a very strong telephone technique and manners. Able to do filling, data capturing, banking and also work with a smile all day.   With more than 8years experience of combined sales, customer service and administration. I have a good attitude to handle a challenging situation that I come across. Dealing with different people on a daily basis is more of what I specialize with good.

Great for working environment experience

The company has a lot of pressure especially dealing with clients, which is good in the sense that it builds you as a worker, you learn how to deal with tough situations and develop thick skin.

Excellent learning curve.

It has been an excellent learning curve as I got to get experience in sales and IT. A typical normal day would include having customers come into the store with regards to queries on billing, contracts, updating of details, product queries and bringing in of broken merchandises such as modems, cellphones and laptops.

Pros: Different incentives.
Cons: Having to work very long hours.

Great opportunity of growing

forever learning different things from different departments team workers we get along very well enjoying working with my team and my manager, dont know what to expect when you get to the office but always looking forward to the suprise task you will be given

Excellent learning curve

Technical support training is more like tertiary studies we suppose to get qualification for training a certificate for example and earn more its not easy work needs your mind focused full attention but we are not paid well
