I work daily without supervision because I can manage my time and scheduled tasks well. The job is target based and whatever is missed during week days, I normally cover by weekend.

Pros: Meeting clients face to face.
Cons: Angry clients can take things very personal

I am smart,reliable person with excellent businesss acumen

I have a good and clear vision of where I want to be in the future and always take advantage of every good opportunity that presents itself to me. I am a team player and can work individually and in a team as well. I have good communication skills, telephonic etiquette, well organised, take pride in whatever I do especially when it comes to my work, personal driven and do not need constant supervision. This position will benefit me a lot as it will give me an opportunity to grow intellectually. If you are seeking for a person who stays abreast of her field, technically informed, who earns major staff support, committed to achieve total success, working under pressure and meeting deadlines, then please consider what I have to offer.

Worst mistake of my career.

The company is racist and anti-black. Black employees are victimised. The company culture is 20 years behind. I was actually warned against going to Telkom and i can safely say that i regret ever going there.

Excellent working experience

I excellent working environment and enjoyed working as a team.   DUTIES AND FUNTION            : To provide national contact centre to all Telkom's residential Customers     To provide a communications solution by marketing and selling products and services thereby generating revenue and maintaining To provide a communications solution by marketing and selling products and services thereby generating revenue and maintaining   customer satifaction. To actively grow and defend our core markets To investigate and resolve customer queries/ enquiries/ complaints to the customer's satisfaction And testing , logging faults on the faulty lines and helping customer's with the accounts and logging disputes.

Pros: I learned to work under pressure
Cons: I working on weekends but I enjoy it

Excellent for Experience

1 I am current working for Telkom as Senior Associate. 2 I have 7 Months experience at Telkom 3 Within 7 months working for telkom we went up from 30th position to position 1st as a team 4 I take pride in my job and i am will willing to learn 5 Personally I enjoying learning and even go extra mile bacause i know it is going to pay off. 6 Before I worked for telkom ,I was working for PE College as IT intern.

Excellent learning platform

My typical day at work is to provide marketing support to the sales team. I have developed very strong working relationshios with my co-workers and we have developed a trust with each other. I have learnt many new things but becoming a leader wass the most valuable lesson. I enjoy interacting with different people with different personalities and learning from them. The most challenging part of my job is being dependant on other people or departments to meet deadlines

Enjoyed working at Telkom,i like people,so i really enjoyed working with our clients.

Being a technical officer,we worked mostly outside,installing and repairing Telkom infrastructure.Was hard work but enjoyed it as i love working with people.We worked close together and assisted each other were needed. Telkom send me on endless courses and i really learned allot,technical,people relations,ext My challenges were mostly getting access at clients and Telkom is very strict on targets,which was sometimes difficult to obtain,but mostly did! Telkom gives excellent medical aid and if targets are reached,youre well rewarded.

Pros: Large company,great medical aid.
Cons: Very target driven,in my personel opinioun looses clients with bad service,because of blindly chasing targets and not focusing on quality.
