Good company.
Being in this company for 18 years ,i have achieved a lot.in terms of job expirience,planning skills,computer skills,supervisory skills as well as team work. internally communcation courses. i enjoy working with internal as well as external customers,solve customer problems as well as escallations.

Good Platform to exercise my skills.
Communication skills improved because I've dealing with different attitudes daily. Excellent technical support with customers that have difficulties to connect to the internet

Telkom is a wonderful and challenging company with good prspects
My typical work day is to make sure that all the orders are done to the customers needs . I have a wonderful relationship with my co-workers. Telkom is diverse that has allowed me to grow in different departments. What I love about what I do now is that I get new cases that allows me to apply my mind and get a solution that will satisfy both the company and the customer. The most challenging part of this job is to make sure that everyone in the value chain .

· I am a hard working, disciplined and goal oriented person. When given a task I make sure that it gets finished before I left, I can even go an extra mile by working after hours so that I can get it done. · I prefer to work independently and also as a group. When working as group, I listen to the others inputs without outshining one another and also add my views and try to summarize it as a group. · I can also handle stressful situations quiet well. · I also used to be one of the top sellers of Telkom Products in CSAC Bloemfontein.

Excellent learning work environment
Everyday learning something new Good relationship with most of my colleagues I learned that it is important to part of team group we help each other with the difficulties in our duties I love to help clients that have problems you make sure you help them with respect while smiling at them Taking extra miles to make sure the problem will be resolved before they leave the office. Most challenging part of the job is when the issue that you escalated has never been attended and you need to take action but knowing that You don't have access of the system and wish you could have it and be done and the client wouldn't have to fight for the matter that was supposed to be resolved by then.
Pros: Great company you learn a lot and you know how to deal with different clients and how resolve them

Great management support
Suitable working hours. Open door policy. There was no salary increases. Once you are scheduled for nightshift, you might be stuck on nightshift for almost a year. No opportunity to get a permanent post.

To always keep an open mind and never anything for granted
I have the greatest joy of getting up to go to work, at 6:30 am already presenting sales peach to my team for each day before the go out to the field. We do peaching circles as give each other positive thinking and everything the day has in store for us. What i have leant the most is that treat the company you work for as your very own, every one strive to acheive greats thing for themselves and their Company so put that mentallity The most challenging is customer dissatisfaction because it shows us me that we did not put 100% somewhere and it also motivates to regroup and strive for excellence

Learning curve
I am sales consultant selling business and personal cellphone and landline contracts. Interacting with customers on daily basis. Administrative and other office work I have a good relationship with my colleagues and my supervisor. I am panctual and go extra mile with my work
