I am looking for an opportunity to learn and grow in the SAP environment

I'm an early bird, I like to start my day as early as possible. I work well with a team because I'm very sociable. I'm a good communicator, I always make sure I meet every customer demands. Telkom is a company that allows you to learn as much as you want, so I have taken this opportunity to grow, not just as a SAP Charm administrator, but I attended courses on Solution manager and ABAP to have a better understanding of my job, and to grow as a SAP person. I enjoy doing the technical part of ChaRM, configuring the system to meet the user's demands, but it can be challenging at times. The other challenging part of my work is the transport management, because one needs to be extra couscous when transporting to production systems. But other than that SAP is a great environment for learning and growing. I enjoy it every day. Unpredictable

Ups and downs

Its challenging in the morning but as the day progresses its just quiet which makes a day drag. I work well with my colleagues and of course there are times of downs like any other family but there are ups too. I've learned how to be balanced. I enjoy interacting with the co-workers as more often than not one speaks with people one has never seen. What is challenging is having to deal with escalations which you have no power to resolve and solemnly have to rely on someone else and if the resources aren't enough its just a constant struggle.

Cons: But they get you anywhere within the company

Allways learn never give up

I had started my carer in the banking environment and progresses to my current job at Telekom Tech support manger where i manage over 13 different personalities doing their jobs which include remote troubleshooting customer care and escalations to me assigning technicians,on my side i deal with the the company reports rectify errors ,do escalations,constant up skilling my staff on systems and new products,reporting to directors and sector operations mangers on progress reports.i do presentations with relevant stats to stakeholders

Patience Pays Off

I started working for Telkom in 2016 may.I was appointed as an intern,where our mentor is grooming us with different skills.I love working for telkom because I am becoming creative each day,I know how to work with most personalities.I enjoy working with my team because with them I learn many things everyday.

Good learning curve

We had a good working relationship with co-workers, the most challenging aspect of the job is to face angry customers, what i enjoy the most is to get a new task everyday

Stay focus when working under pressure.

I am quick learner and I believe in a team work. even if i find something irritating.I try to avoid it unless it personally affects me. I am a very calm person and focused on multi tasking while being patient.

I am a driven individual .

I enjoy getting challenges at work and mostly dealing with the change with my team so we can point the different ideas. My work day start at 8am to 5pm i work as and Admin consultant I was promoted due to my hard work and determination. I started as a call centre agent assisting customers with best customer service and within 6 months was promoted. I log fault via emails and technical support via emails and admin duties. My relationship with my co-worker is good because i go to them for advise and they come to me you can say i am a bubbly person. I have learned that if you love something you must do your level best to prove that particular thing is best for you. I enjoy reading and love being around people who have fun and also brains. The most challenge of my job is when the customer does not understand what you have emailed and you have to phone them in order to understand.

Pros: Enjoy communication with people and getting the best result with my assistant.
Cons: Need better income and gain more experience.

Gained a lot of experience

Normally managing 2 teams dealing with customer management and solution build. Day to day managing call-out support at night during batch run times. Excellent relationship with co-workers, I have also learned that all projects are important either being big or small. I also learned to take responsibility. The most challenging aspect would be my seniors delaying implementation of a revenue generating project.

Cons: I give a lot of attention to my job.
