Working experience for 12years, i am puncutual and i am hard work
MOTIVATION I strongly believe that I am the tool required to perform the job advertised due to that: I am a self motivated individual who wants to get the best out of my life. My motto is not to accept anything less than the best. I am a very humble person and a loyal employee, I am capable of adjusting myself to working with different kinds of people, let it be in a team or individual. I take pride in the work I do, I have passion to strive and do more than what is expected of me, and in short I would say I am a hard worker. I am Broad minded ready to discover new areas and ideas in all given fundamentals because I am prepared to learn. I am looking forward to a new culture that brings out the best of me in the work environment.

Excellent hard worker
im i hard worker can work under pracher.people person can communicate with all.i have learn alot and want to learn more.i in joy working with people around and injoy focusing on my job alone.i dont want to work in a callcenter nologer and need a monday to friday op half day weekends is fine .and no shifts...

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE, SKILLS AND EXPIRIENCE
IT is good however we have different days, typical work day will be when facing difficult customers who stops everything. we have a good working relationship with co- workers i have how to communicate, work faster and accurate. i enjoy giving customer service and solutions to any service problem. most challenging aspects is when the unplanned circumstances take place

Good personality

Great learning curve as i was apart of a learnership
i have to deposit money into the clients account which means i have to pay attention in order for me to spot any mistakes i get along very well with my colleagues and enjoy working with my team i have learnt the processes and systems they use in the bank also i now i have a sense of professionalism i really enjoy my work but i would also like to experience face to face meetings with clients you really have to pay attention incase there might be something wrong with the clients account or money

Excellent learning curve
The experience was great, I was in a learnership from April 2017 to March 2018, doing NQ level 5, certificate will be issued in August 2018. I was was working in a collection department, for vehicle and asset finance, working with people is great more especially because it was different people everyday, you get to understand what other people think and what they prioritize in their life's, and bring solutions to better them selves. What was challenging is that not every person will see and understand that you are there to help, as some people felt that we harassed them.

Sales and servicng Consultant
My day to day start by : - Greeting every one that I come across; - Conduct a 10 minute meeting with colleague reflecting back on previous days productivity and obstacles experienced : i.e System errors ,absentism and staff head count etc. - Checking how many sales and retention attained for the previous day in contrast to the target for the Month; - Follow up on calling back all clients that needed to be contacted as promised prior. - Receiving calls and responding to the email requests sent by clients and sticking to SLA turnaround times I have learned that , Time management and being able to prioritize when under pressure is of essence. The most challenging aspect of the job is when there are calls waiting and system is not working and trying to get hold of the client only to find that the contact details provided are not up to date and there is no email option on client profile .
