A typical work day is meeting with the Directors of the different Business Units to pinpoint our sucesses. Meeting with Vendors and Facilitators. Analysing the P&L statements. My colleagues look up to me for experience and fresh ideas. I have learnt that nothing comes to you without hard work. to stay ahead of your game you need to keep your foot on the excelarator always. Hi engergy levels pays off. I enjoy the engamements with Stakeholders and clients, peoples perceptions and great ideas. The world is evolving and we need to listen to customer needs. Dealing with the ever changing financial strain of the consumer. We have to develop products that are from entry level. We cannot reply on Niche and elite clients only.
Pros: The Pro's of working in my company is that is has grown into ROA brilliantly. We are a World Class Bank. Innovaation is at the forefront of everything we do and I am proud to be associated with the Bank. I always say my blood is Blue.
Cons: I am ambitious and always looking for growth, currently I want to look outside my comfort zone, so there is nothing wrong with my Bank. I want to spread my wings and achieve my dreams.

In becoming a team leader, l would not only be fulfilling my innermost desires, but also playing a vital role in the growth and development of the company by carrying out duties.I have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. l am an enthusiastic, great team player and have a passion for pushing the boundaries in reaching optimal performance.

Being able to work with people and manage people
working for standardbank has taught a lot of things llike being able to work different people ,being able to manage or learn differnt behaves and how deal with them to be assertive and have the best customer service and always have a win-win solution for both parties.
Pros: being able to deal with different client and being able assist with promblem the client has at the moment
Cons: not understanding client requestment and not having ideas on how to assist cause you dont understand what business they do or dont undesrtand the industry his in.

Working at my job is great my team is a great team we work together as one ive learnt alot from them i injoy working with them . Challengs i guess is our coustomers thay can get a bit of a handfull somtimes but thay can evan brighten up your day . Cover Letter I want to achieve the position as one of your valued employees, am goal driven, motivated and competent. I have a variety of skills, which makes me a diverse individual in the workplace. im i hard worker can work under pracher.people person can communicate with all.i have learn alot and want to learn more.i in joy working with people around and injoy focusing on my job alone.i dont want to work in a callcenter nologer and need a monday to friday op half day weekends is fine .and no shifts...

Currently working on a project that will be changing standardbank as a whole
currently working on a project or prototype of how standard bank will change customer experiance.We are currently all espected to learn all branch operations where by the main focus is customers.Will be dealing with one consultant and customer will leave branch with query or request

Used to work few companies, i have good expriance on what i did and i think that will help me
Use to work for FNB as Home Loan Consultant for a year moved to TAS Appointments as Payroll assistance then move to Standardbank as Sales Consultant till now
Pros: I want to see myself as Senior Sales Manager
