Currently working on a project that will be changing standardbank as a whole
currently working on a project or prototype of how standard bank will change customer experiance.We are currently all espected to learn all branch operations where by the main focus is customers.Will be dealing with one consultant and customer will leave branch with query or request
Pros: learning so much, which i will be implementing to make customers experiance so spectecular
Cons: all the eperiance will does not measure the salary provided

I have been working in the dealer space for almost 4 years and have gained alot of experience.
i love being an employee of standardbank. my day to day is speaking clients, making their dreams come true on purchasing the car of their dreams. i help them get the best possible at the best possible installment. my co-workers and i have the best relationshipe - personal and work, we are always there to help one another and lift each other up.
Pros: the benefits of working for the bank include fantastic medical air, staff rated on all loans and credits.
Cons: the distance to get to work is very far - i spend 2 hours on the road in the morning and 2 hours in the evening.

I am strong-willed, hardworking, passionate, energy driven with a bubbly personality and my mind set to do anything. Standard bank
I enjoy and love working for Standardbank ,it has given me the opportunity to engage with different types of customers and also meet different people from different races.... i enjoy assisting customers and helping them ressolving their queries and keeping them happy i so much get along with my collegues ,we always assist each other and work well with them the most challenging aspects about my job is the systems

I am a Relationship manager/ Team leader for the cluster of 14 people in my team,
You cannot plan your day, we service our customers via email communication, telephone or walk in customers. Each banker managing 250 customers alone and i am a team leader of 14 people in a department Very professional. I have learned to be a team player I enjoy working with people and i love challenges, we don't deal the same matters on a daily basis. My challenge is to deal peoples issues, people issues are higher are high in my department because i work mostly with women.

Cons: I am flexible, so i dont mind working till late, as long as i can manage to complete my work.

Very good environment to work in
Having to address governance queries on daily basis. I have a good relationship with the co-workers. Learnt that communication is the key. Challenging aspect to ensure that packs are distributed on time to the board members

To work with different people
As I have been workin at the bank for more than 3yrs was challenging at first because I deal with cash but that's where I learn that loyal comes first.And tearmplayer played a big part because is is better to ask rather than give customer wrong information. What I enjoy the most is working with different customer and that where I learn to deal with different kind of people even in my personal life. The most challenging about this job is the customer can give you not anough cash and blame you as if you stole it even if you counted infont of him/her that where you learn to be a problem solver

Current duties
• Primary role was the retrieval and collation of daily investment data, Exception reports produced based on results of data collation, Responsible for the compilation of month-end reports. • Communicate daily with investment managers to ensure clear and concise flow of investment information. Assist in auditing of funds with full responsibility for some of these funds audit. Capturing of settlements accounts and reconciling of investment transactions and investment bank accounts. Make processing decision around complex corporate actions including spin offs. Monitor daily reconciliations and clear exceptions. Perform monthly reconciliations to investment manager and custodians records. Compile monthly reporting packs for internal review within prescribed deadlines. Deliver investment reports to clients within SLA deadlines and resolving internal and external queries.
