Attidute is a choice good attitude lead to good working behaviour
every day work is very interesting we work to assist the customers, to fullfill the customers need and keep the customers in our books, the work enviroment is very refreshing helping each other practising the good team work all the time , learn from one onother eager to learn everyday understand the company ethics and leave by the ethics , challenges are there to make us grow individually and make you a better person through good attitude, i become the best of the best ..

Proffessional environment
Its a very professional environment..you learn a lot about yourself and customers..Service excellence is number one priority..You learn to respect yourself ..customers and collegues...The challenge is when customer forces you to do what they want not understanding the that we have protocols yo adhere to.

A bit of my review
Good Day A bit of my review, i am currently working for one of the big Banks,oreating in the IT derpartment. i must admit that running IT for the bank is exciting and and challenging at the same time because oviously their IT changes every now and then with then forces you to put your mind on the learning mode, new Technology/ security is being employed to enhance the system. I have become a change embrace, a team player , fast learner ,motivated and in every positon i got placed i enjoy whatever i am doing. I am dealing with external client that at times becomes challenging to work with because some expect you to run with everything even where you are not supposed to be interferring just for they are your customers and you need to help them sort ther other issues that does not involves you, some make it difficult for you to be able to your job just by not letting you touch their system and they themselves cannot support you product .

Able to work under pressure
i able work under pressure and without supervision, i am able to assist my other colluques if they need my assistance.Take responsibility of my actions for anything that i do, and i am also a team player, open to discuss anyting regarding new commitment

I am a good leader, i work very hard and im a fast learner
On a day to day basis i would work at three different departments, Enquaries, Telling and consultant.. My time there i was helping my team leader with her duties and even doing some of her duties when she was in meetings.. I would take most of the colleagues issues and give it to her when i failed to resolve it myself. For the 7 years i have learned that the little you do, do it very well not only cause it is what you get paid for but the value you add in peoples, customers life's goes deeper then money, it is that personal touch. I enjoy helping, leading people to do better and more then what they get paid for. I remember when we had a recession in the country and the bank wasn't hiring, i would work five positions, i went and helped were i was needed. that was fun but so challenging

To gain more knowledge of the work and other role that will see me climing up other department.
I am a hard working person who like to take up challenges in life and never believe that anything is impossible if we work as one unity and respect our work environment. I look at myself as a problem solver and like to share my opinions with my team to find solutions. I enjoy reading books that encourages me about life and spending time with my children when am not working. I take every day of my work as a challenge as we do not have the same clients that comes and understand a propblem the same way and challenges are not the same but the most important thing is to be the best in what one does but understanding different roles of your job not only what you have been employed to do at work.
Pros: to become a senior manager in the company i work for and streave for riching my goals of life.

Great learning curve as i was apart of a learnership
i have to deposit money into the clients account which means i have to pay attention in order for me to spot any mistakes i get along very well with my colleagues and enjoy working with my team i have learnt the processes and systems they use in the bank also i now i have a sense of professionalism i really enjoy my work but i would also like to experience face to face meetings with clients you really have to pay attention incase there might be something wrong with the clients account or money

It is a environment where we have different character and different people with different behaviour.
Objective: A stable position in a dynamic company where I can use my skills in accounting and business management where I can use my skills can be an asset and can grow with the company. Profile: I am a goal oriented individual. I like to be organised. Am highly motivated and perform task to the best of my ability. Personal interest: I like to keep abreast of the latest news and happening. I enjoy reading and going to church as a hobby. Skills: I am computer literate and can work with programmes such as word, Excel. I am a quick learner and therefore am able to perform variety of task. Workshops attended Attended workshops at South African Institutes of chartered Accountant in business games as my future dream is to become an accountant and own my company.
